    This was the worst house cleaning service ever! The girls did an awful job and they broke several things in my house. When I asked them to reduce their price to cover the broken items, they refused to do so. After they left, I noticed my spare keys to my home were missing and I think they stold them, so I had to change the lock on my front door so they couldn't come back and steal everything in my home. Now I know why they don't do background checks on their employees. Never ever hire these girls or you will regret it foreve!

    **************** - We reimbursed you for the parts and I do background checks on all my employees. Your keys were not taken by me or staff. I also had to send a letter for payment - which, see below. This service was 1/2020 and I am disheartened that you felt the need to leave this type of review. partial letter - Please find enclosed the invoice for payment due for services rendered. Saturday's confrontation was not a pleasant one for me, for your family, or for my staff. My company strives to maintain a high level of service, but there are times when the expectations of the client is beyond what our services entail for the type of cleaning I estimate for. I would like to address a few things:1. For the vertical blinds headrail, while I believe this is a wear and tear issue - I would be more than willing to reimburse you for the cost of replacement. This item is typically between $9 and $15 dollars and can be found at your local hardware store, or on amazon.2. For the master bedroom blind valance clip, I am also willing to reimburse you for and this item can be found at the same places listed above for $5-$11 dollars.I find it very disheartening that you covertly took back my check from underneath my glass case while I was examining your vertical blinds. That speaks a lot about character. I also was not happy with you berating and verbally assaulting me and my staff over some minor issues that I would have been happy to resolve.

    Melody, you are wrong about the costs that I incurred because of the items that you and your staff broke and for the missing keys. You broke the wand turning device on my vertical blinds for my patio door and they dont sell that part anywhere, so the entire headrail had to be replaced for around $250 including parts and labor. You broke 2 lamp shades in our master bedroom that had to be replaced for around $100. I had to pay for a locksmith to change the lock on my front door and we had to buy new sets of keys which costs me around $100. So you owe me $450 for the costs that I incurred. As far as taking the invoice from your clipboard, you told me that you were not going to charge me anything for the service because of all of the problems that you caused me, so I was going to simply throw away your invoice. Then you told me a couple of days later that you wanted full payment for your services or you would take me to small claims court to get it. So I paid you in full for your services and I told you that I would be giving you a bad review, so you shouldnt be surprised by this review. Im a family man and I have a great character and you dont know me at all!
