    Company was hired to complete the construction of a sunroom addition. They had intially said there would be a delay getting the material up to 3-6 months due to COVID, to get supplies from the manufacturer which was fine with us because we were also installing a pool at the same time. The pool was completed 9/28/22. The work on the sunroom midpoint of completion payment was made 1/26/23 after months of nagging them for a start date, mind you they had a year to aquire the materials, the contract was signed 1/24/22, and they said it would take 2 weeks to complete. They managed to get to the the last city inspection around the 4/1/23 after failing 2 inspections. They never had an inspection sign off sheet at the site as required by the city, but the city agreed to complete it electronically. Since the final city inspection, zero work has been completed. There are still the roofing tiles and cosmetic stone to be installed per the contract. After frequent requests and reminders to them nothing has been done since April. A few weeks ago, after another phone/text/email reminder in which I told him I found local material in stock, I received a call from Richard stating they had all the materials and someone would be out in 2 days, that never happened either. There have been additional calls and texts since with no response. I made the mistake of giving Richard the final payment on the day of the last city inspection, he beat the inspector to the house and left before they showed up.

    Destiny... I communicated  with  ************** this last week and had asked what were the issues so I can see what I can do to help and I think it was some minor adjustments to a door and locks.... But I need him to "e" mail me EXACTLY what I need to help him with and make a time to come by and do so
