"I went this office to fix my crown that came off, the dentist decided to throw away my crown and he decided to make me a new one, of course to pay more money, unfortunately the crown did not worked and my mouth was swollen for 3 weeks, after three weeks he decided to pull my tooth because he said crown did not worked and he will give me a refund, I tried to get my $983.00 dollars since July of 2025, REMOVEDgot their money back." ... "I have been waiting for my permanent teeth for over 5 months now I have never been to a dentist office that is so lost nobody knows what anyone in there is doing the actual dentist they dont give you any kind of confidence you ask them a question they beat around the REMOVEDand say didnt someone explain the process and its like no thats my Im asking you if been in for 3 different impressions I had a appointment on the 5th of October for final impressions they called me and said they want to move my appointment to the 14th so the lab can finish my teeth I told them they were going to a another set of impressions then they told me that it was all good they didnt need them and I would be getting my teeth in I get there and no teeth lab sent them something to try to put in and get another impression so doctor numbs my mouth and then finds out the piece the lab sent over was cracked so then same old story send it back another two weeks mind you I live in REMOVEDit cost me 400 every time I have to go there and the dentures I have you can eat food with them my top ones got broken they charged me 800 dollars for new top one they wanted 1500 dollars I said no way I gave them REMOVEDand i know if I want them to make me new bottom ones it will be another 800 dollars this place is a nightmare when they do finally finish my teeth Im afraid what they will look like and also I have never been to a dentist that doesnt rinse out your mouth when there done they just leave the blood all the stuff in your mouth have to go to restroom to rinse mouth out they are said"
