5 starsX time share is awesome. They did exactly what they said they would do ( cancel my timeshare) and kept me informed the whole time. I cant say enough good things about this company. The price was also great , I called a few others that were way more. All I can say is this review is legit and if you want your timeshare gone this is who you want. 5 starsXTimeshares successfully navigated the process of canceling our timeshare with ****. The process was long and difficult due to Welks dragging their heels. But XTimeshares communicated well through the process, being both realistic and encouraging. We had one difficulty, however. We were told that **** had communicated their conditions to be met by a certain date, and XTimeshares relayed that information to us only two days before Welks deadline. We were barely able to meet that deadline with a certified check mailed with next-day delivery. Other than that incident, we are well pleased. Although the fee seems high, it was actually less than two years of exorbitant maintenance fees, and XTimeshares worked with us on a payment plan that was entirely workable. I would recommend XTimeshares to anyone who needs to exit a timeshare.X-Timeshares and Transfer
