  I absolutely Love them!Always happy with the service I get and they are so attentive to what I need. I never write reviews but I am a firm believer that you should try something out for yourself rather than go by all *********** am so glad I did! I have refered them to all of my family and friends.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I could not get contract information until I paid *****. After reading, I found that my car repairs would only be covered up to the cash value of the car. Immediately called to cancel 2 days later. They hung up. Called back and mentioned cancel and they hung up again. 3rd try was connected to the cancellation **** and they tried to convince me to keep the contract. I repeatedly requested cancellation and the rep got annoyed and said ok we will cancel it. I went to the bank and cancelled my card. They somehow got the new card number and charged it. I closed the second card at the bank. After being charged ******, I received another message from Medco to make payment arrangements. I called again yesterday and after getting the speech to keep the contract, the rep allowed me to cancel. I then received a message from ***** stating that I need to put the cancellation request in writing because it has been 30 days. I contracted on December 26 and tried to cancel on December 28, 29 and 30th. This companys customer support is a disgrace and I advise anyone looking for a good car warranty to steer clear of this company.

  I called Ox on 1/3/23. I gave them a $49 deposit which was deducted out of my bank account the following day on the 4th. I was told that I had 30 days to review/think about it. The quote I was given was $140.92/month, but I wouldnt be charged the first payment until 1/17/23. I called back on 1/16/23 to cancel the policy and to be refunded my $49. The person the the phone persuaded me to think about it until 1/31/23 and even lowered the monthly payment by $20. I was skeptical because the monthly payment was high ($140.92) and it wasnt offering enough coverage of components that I needed. Long story short, they took the $140.92 out of my account on 1/23/23 when I had until the 31st to make up my mind. I am on a fixed income and they are refunding the $140.92 but it will take ***** days to reach my bank account. On top of that, they told me that I will not be refunded the $49 deposit that another person told me that I would get back if I did change my mind. So, now I have to wait almost one month for my refund and Im out $49 that I didnt have!!! Ox car care is not what they claim to be!!!!

  Ill give this company less than one star; after purchasing the protection they offer, I have been calling several different car-dealers and car-shops, to verify this coverage and protection. The truth is that in all places that I called, NOBODY accept this company at all. Everything are lies from the salesperson and they tell you what you want to hear. DO NOT allow them to take your money, DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING AT ALL; FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, CALL Car Dealers and Car Shops before you give them your money. Im reporting OX CAR CARE to the BBB, as 100% FRAUD *** and also as a RIPOFF Company. Do not believe the salesmen at all, theyll tell you everything that you want to hear, if you pay in advance and cancel after you read what they send you as the **** PROTECTION POLICY, youll loose the initial payment. Ask them to send you the Policy in advance, and youll see the RIDICULOUS payments that they offer to pay; even on the Public Reviews, is mentioned that this Company is terrible and they are blocked in many places.Make absolutely sure that before you commit the same mistake I did, verify everything before you give them one cent. Dont allow them to take advantage of you, they are LIARS that the only thing they want, is to do the sale in order to get their commission. If necessary Ill take them to Court and will see what they have to say.UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL, IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORKS THERE, ARE PEOPLE THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER TRUST AT ALL.

  It is incredible that after the customer pays in good faith believing the salesman, this person omits everything that he knows that he should not mention to the customer, because he will cancel the payment; Im talking about *********************, Compliance Manager, of ************ Direct Tel. # ************

  This company is a complete scam even the 5 star reviews look fake. When a company only makes the repair shops contact then only by email thats a scam. When its takes more than 24 hours to get any response to a claim request thats a scam. When it takes 5 days to review a claim then deny it. Thats a scam. I Stay away from this company. The only time you will hear a helpful voice is when they want your money after that good luck reaching anyone and good luck. All these post are here to warn others. This is one of the worst companies you can deal with.

  When I bought my car, I had a warranty. Once the warranty expired I worried about big issues and not being able to afford them. Long story short, I saw Ox on ESPN while at the gym. I called for a quote and purchased my warranty right away. I've only had one claim since, but it was a big one and they paid it! They also gave me a free oil change and rotated my sites. I'm very pleased!
