    I placed an order in December 2024 for a 12 month lasting collar pendant for all five of my animals. It seemed to have worked at the time but not for the 12 months as specified as we needed to purchase another set of five colors June 9th. We received the colors, but to our surprise there was no sent, and the pendants looked completely empty.Weve reached out to the company MULTIPLE times, but when we call we alway get a message that their phone service was not available at the time. I sent in a return request about a week later for a replacement & was told upon the submittal that they would reach out within 24 to 48 hours and I still have yet to receive that call. By email I requested a refund about a week after that & again I still have yet to get a response or refund from that submission. We have been calling every day since but again no answer. Have sent more emails to their support team with again no response or refund. I even submitted photos as well showing that the pendants look completely empty with no smell. We are already in July and nothing has been done to rectify this situation. This is a last resort in trying to get this taken care of!! Please help!!!

    Doesn't work, bought two for our dogs which only go out on a leash to use the bathroom and one for our cat which never goes outside and all three are absolutely covered in flees, have had ticks on both dogs withing inches of the pendant on their collar. I have attempted to contact furlife but to no avail. Way too much money for not working.

    I have been trying to contact them for over a month in regards to their product not working and I wanted a refund. Their policy has a 30 day money back guarantee if the product fails. I have emailed support gotten no response, I have tried calling and no matter what option you pick at any time of day there is never anyone there.

    I spent almost $100 on 12-month collar attachments (for my dog and as gifts). Within 3 months, they were worthless, did absolutely nothing to protect my dog from ticks. I put the attachment on my dog right away and keep it on her as we live in the country; this was the end of February 2025. I check her daily: I have found ticks crawling on her since then and even found one attached two days ago. I contacted customer service for a replacement as it must be defective. Not only did they refuse, they told me to buy more c*** Attached is a screenshot of their response.

    Hello, we understand your frustration, but we can only issue refunds to the original payment method as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. This is standard practice for payment security and compliance.
    That said, we have already sent you the *** (Acquirer Reference Number) via email. With this number, you can contact your old bank and ask them to transfer the funds to your current account, even if you're no longer a customer there. The refund has been successfully processed from our side and is simply waiting for your old bank to release or redirect the funds.
    Additionally, as requested, weve arranged a re-delivery of two new pendants for you as a goodwill gesture.

    This company offers a 30 day money back guarantee on thier product. Their product doesnt work. I requested the refund and they are not honoring this. Please ask them to honor thier own policy

    I ordered these flea and tick collars for my dogs. They made my dogs sick and one also had a cough for a week after I took the collar off. I am trying to get the 100% refund they advertised. Weve been emailing for over 2 weeks then they sent me a number to call ************** which of course is not available at this time.

    I ordered a flea and tick pendant on 3/19/25 I paid $47.44. It was delivered on 3/28/2025 which is the day I put it on my dog. I emailed the company on 4/20/2025 for a refund which they advertised on their website for a 30 day money back guarantee. They kept telling me that the 30 days had passed since Id received the product, which it hasnt. My dog keeps getting ticks on her and I dont want this product anymore and have to purchase something else.

    I ordered the furlife pendant for my dog. I received it on March 31 and put it on her. The odor was very strong and within just a few days it seemed to attract MANY ticks to her. I asked for refund twice with no response. 3rd email they told me to give it more time. I asked for a refund again. No answer. Then when I said I was reporting them they give me a offer of 40% refund. I want full refund. It says in policy no questions asked. But the product is horrible. I can send you the emails.

    I purchased two dog collar Furlife tags. This product is supposed to repel fleas. It doesnt work. My dogs are infested with fleas and they have never had fleas before when using standard products like Frontline. This company offers a 30-day money back guarantee yet they wont give me my refund. I contacted them by email and received one response from their AI chat bot asking for pictures. Then no further response, resolution or refund.
