    And I made a vet with them and one money I tried to claim it and kept being told that I needed to confirm my identity. Tried numerous times on different phones, different computers and different browsers. Continuously have the same problem of the website not functioning properly. When I reached out for help I kept feeling the same responses spent over a week trying to get access dealt with nothing but rude customer service. After about 10 days of this I spoke to customer service for the third time and said that if this was not able to get figured out I would dispute my charge because I was not going to let them steal my money. Apparently that was a threat and I should have just allowed them to have my money and not worried about it because they locked my account banned me from any future promos and refused to let me talk to a supervisor.

    If you enjoy playing with a guarantee of never winning and being put on tilt, BETUS casino is just for you. 100% rigged. How do I know its 100% rigged? In a purported single-deck blackjack game, the automated dealer popped FIVE 4s to reach 20 against my 19 (of course this is when I maxed a bet after losing 8 in a row). There isnt a single deck of cards in the entire world that has five of any one card, except for betus deck of course. Called them out and they said sorry and heres $150 credit like thats an acceptable answer to being called out cheating their players. I hope no one gambles a dime with those fraudsters.

    A complete scam: I was given instructions to complete a bonus terms and condition that were changed after I requested payout. I had a free chip of $25 with a playthrough of 20X with a cashout of $300. I completed it. I request my withdraw and the changed the rules to 20X the release of funds.. Truly a horrible company.

    Scam site for ******* on-line. It is easy to deposit with them. However, when attempting to withdraw a small winnings, they wanted me to verify a CC number that I did not provide (based on a partial number). I was instructed I would have to provide copies of my card (both sides). When I requested they credit my winnings to the original card utilized, they shortly after de-activited my account.

    absolute scam of a website.. You will have to jump through loops To get a payout .. And dont you dare accept any measly small free bet Once you do, they lock up your entire balance And subject it to 5- 10x Rollover requirements to withdraw the very same cash you deposited Regardless, if it was attached To your FreePlay or not STAY AWAY you will regret it!!!!

    this plateform is a waste of time and space. They ask you to take surveys and then give you freeplay funds that you cant do anything with.. my best advice is dont waste a single dollar here... theres way better options

    I created an account and deposited money with pure ease, but after winning my bets, they make it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to withdraw your money. They WILL NOT send it back to your card (as any other site will), but they force you to use crypto, or receive a paper check that takes over a week to receive. I reluctantly decided to create a crypto account in order to get paid quicker. I made a minimum withdraw the first time to be sure everything was set up correctly. It went alright and only took about a day. When I decided to pull a larger amount out is where everything went bad! I requested a payout in bitcoin and they say it could be up to 24 hrs. After over 30 hours, they cancelled my payment request with no explanation why. They just tell me to request again and wait another 24 hours. After speaking with them on the phone and them being extremely rude and unprofessional, I told them that I would file a complaint against them. I was told because I made a legal threat that my payment would now be processed in 7-10 business days and my account suspended. So here I am on day 7 of trying to recover my winnings and now Ill have to wait another 7-10 business days to see if they pay or if I will have to pursue legal action.

    This is a company that is run by thieves. Do not deposit $1 with these clowns. They will do everything they can to give you the run around and not allow you to withdraw money from your account. There is a place in H*** for these people.
