    I could not be more disappointed and have asked for a refund. I searched a person I know the details. They were so WRONG on what you had in the report. If you can't get the information correct (which none of the search companies can). However, your information lagged by 3 years. Either get a new program or close up shop. You should be embarrassed.

    Wasn't as detailed as I thought it would be. Didn't have a lot of info that should have been there. And I upgraded not realizing the extra $20 was only good for that one person.

    Not impressed. I have gotten much better information from other sites. I hadn't used them for a couple years & thought I would try this one. Waste of money. I should have read the reviews first

    Thought you got the full version but not till you upgrade,so I canceled my subscription,then decided might as well upgrade, tried to twice took my money twice and no upgrade,completely dissatisfied now I know better

    I think it's a racket. You lead us to believe it's a criminal report and you dangle the carrot to think we are getting info that is bad. I fell for it so I can't blame anyone but myself. You mislead the public.***********************

    After getting a few reports I canceled my subscription. Very disappointed because so much obvious information is left out and the information you really want you have to pay extra for. Its a ripoff!

    I was very disappointed in the information about the people I searched. I expected more. The only thing Although sad Was when I saw that a very special person I hadn't been in contact for years Had died Many years ago But that would have been In public records if I had just searched. Unfortunately I am disappointed and will be canceling my subscription.
