    I'm filing a complaint against PeopleWhiz. I've obtained LifeLock which gave me a list of Data Brokers who sell my information. I am now trying to remove my Name and information from PeopleWhiz, however they want me to Upload or send them my ID (Driver Lic.) in order for them to remove my information. I do not feel comfortable giving them this information which they can use for their own purposes as they sell information. Since I did not send them my ID, I cannot request my information to be removed from there list. I still want my information removed.Sincerely.******************************

    Thank you for responding!

    I have read the response you received from PeopleWiz and understood that they said I no longer need to provide my ID to them and that my information would be removed.

    However, I received two emails from PeopleWiz "after" I received your message.  They again said that I needed to provide my ID to them.  I never received an email from PeopleWiz staying that I no longer need to submit my ID nor an email that my information would be removed.  They only provided to you (BBB) the information that even if I receive an email from them saying I needed to provide my ID, to ignore that.  

    My concern is that they emailed me and were again asking for my ID after they wrote to you (BBB) saying that I didn't  need to provide my ID.  PeopleWiz also stated to me not to reply to this "their" email.  

    I will go online in 7 days to followup and see if I am still on their Data Base.

    I was shocked to find my personal information on the peoplewhiz website. The only way to opt-out and remove all personal information is to provide an ID, which is ridiculous. I would like for my information to be removed and me opted out of all databases. Their opt out process is a farce and just a loop.

    This company is requiring me to submit a photo ID in order to remove my personal information from their database/records. Other websites do not require this sensitive information. I am not comfortable providing more sensitive information to this company so that they can add that to my information as well.

    I am trying to request that Peoplewhiz remove all my information from their various databases and off any search databases they personally own or those they get my data from. They are requesting that I provide them with my ID as verification. I do not think that is a request that they should be making when they posted my data without my agreement. Please ask them to remove all my data from their databases and any other associated company databases they own and/or use.

    People Whiz requires a goverment issued ID to remove my personal information from their site. I do not feel comfortable uploading personal ID to a website. I do not have to do this to remove personal information from any other website.

    I contacted PeopleWhizNet on 5/15/2024 via phone ************ requesting my personal information be removed from their website. I received a follow-up email from the agent and replied for confirmation. On their website it states ID is required for Opt out requests. I do not feel safe submitting any type of ID. I do not understand how this can be legal. When I spoke to the agent ****, she did not state ID would be required. I will monitor the website for the 7 - 10 days to verify if the removal has been completed. Just in case, I am asking for your assistance in having this company remove ALL my personal information from ALL their websites including all alias sites that include PeopleWizard, PeopleWizCom, PeopleWizardCom, and all others just in case they do not complete the request without ID.Thank you *****************************

    Peoplewhiz.com is publicly posting my private information. I am trying to remove my personal data from Peoplewhiz.com, but I am unable to do so without uploading, faxing, or mailing a copy of my ID. I am not willing to provide them with more data that they can exploit. I want my information removed.

    I found my name although not entirely correct but with all of my past and current family members in there and a lot of correct info as well. Im being asked to provide a valid ID by mail, fax or a photo. Are you kidding me? I do not want to give out my correct info so it can be updated on this site. I want everything related to my name whether it be maiden name given name or married name permanently deleted off any record for people whiz or any companies they share my info with. In other words DELETE AND NEVER SHARE MY INFO. You do not have my permission to do so
