    These guys are the biggest scums on the planet. They towed my car per ************************* for my license plate being expired. And the only reason that was happening is because my car was parked in from of my friends house cause he was working on it. So I contacted them the very first day it was towed and since my car is under my sisters name they said I needed her. The only problem was that she was in ******* and when she came back after two weeks the car being towed she got Covid and was ordered by her doctor to quarantine. While all that was happening I kept in contact with them and they assured me that its fine that they will help me even after the 30 days expires that this is natural events and that I am not in control. After hearing that I was rest assured that they really wanted to help??????? little did I know that they had bad intentions from the get go. Make a long story short when my sister finally got better it was another 2 weeks and couple days over the 30 days deadline, mind u I was always reaching out and informing them of the situation and again they gave me a impression that it would be ok that they would work with me. I spoke to ****************** and two different females one older and one was younger. All of them told me similar things on how I shouldnt worry and just call in when my sister is feeling better. So the day when my sister finally feels better, I called them to let them know they actually laughed at me and said that my car was already under lien proceedings and that Im no longer the ownerat first I thought they we just playing a joke on me so I kinda laughed too and advised them that I was on my way with my sister to take my car out. So they said it again he ***** you lost your car and that Id be wasting my time if Id showed up. Guys when I heard that my whole world came crumbling down. Now I know its just a material thing and can be replaced but if yall only new the amount of money and all the extras I had invested into it.
