    I was in a car accident on 08/01/2024 and I still haven't received the settlement for my claim against the driver at fault. Furthermore, I was sent to the attorney's doctor for treatment instead of going to my primary care doctor, which would have cost significantly less than going to the attorney's doctor. The lack of professionalism and how long this is taking is unimaginable.

    JT legal group took me on as a client, fumbled the ball on my case, berated me for messing up the case when I did everything I was supposed to do, all because the chiropractor wouldn't order an MRI jt legal groups attorney said that I wasn't trying hard enough to get an MRI, they told me someone would come by and get my car within the next two days from where it was parked, instead it sat there over a month until it was stolen. Still no idea where my car is. And then they told me they were dropping me as a client and referring me to a partner firm who would take on my case. They said I would get a call within 2 to 3 days from the person who agreed to represent me. I told him I signed a contract with them and I was not consenting to them transferring me to another attorney. Last time I talked them was in February 2024, when one of their lead attorneys informed me they were going to drop me as a client. The chiropractor got a hold of them for billing and found out they are still representing me but they admitted that they put me on a back burner because they didn't like my attitude, and had not even tried to get someone to take our case. So nobody's working on our case and when I called today they told me that there's millions of attorneys in ********** I can call any one of them to take on my case.

    I was rushed into taking a settlement upon a verbal agreement which they did not hold their end of the deal . They failed to keep in touch . Every time I talk to them it seems that I get assigned a new case manager and my claim was paid a month ago and their still running interest on a advance I got , and now they trying to tell me I am in the negative. Its totally not fair .I was passenger in a car wreck now Im disabled and its not fair. I need my case reviewed by a professional

    I contacted them last year to file a claim for my father who was at *******************. Now there saying they need all information I already sent them and telling me they need more records on my dads diagnosis that their people already told me last year they could get. I signed paperwork for them to get records from health care to send them the records they told me everything was fine I had to do nothing. I asked them to give me separation from them because I get several different answer nobody ever calls me back and nothing has been done in a year. I want nothing more from them. When I called secretary she told me Id have to call main attorney or supervisor he called me but put me back to talk to para legal and did nothing. She told me if I go through someone they have to ask for separation. Everything seems like a scan to me. They ask me same information everytime even though they should have it all.

    I was seeking help both medical and financial with the said company. Day 1 upon calling this company I was told by someone at the third office that I would receive 300$ just for going to them for help. I never received the 300$. And from this point on I have done everything this company said it would for me. I'm the one that got the information from the person that hit ** in the accident and I'm the one who provided all other the drivers on both parties involved in the accident when I was told that " I'm paying people to get this information for **. It's crucial tobyiur case".they said I was going to get a 500 $ loan and that it takes a few days however 2vweeks later still nothingvwas done or said about whh i was to get tjisvlisn . I was then told that I wasn't going to get the loan because they were going to give me thev300 they said I would get originally. And that thevlianeas canceled. . Forcing me to sell my food stamp card to pay my phone bill so I could keep in contact with the lawyers.
