I have paid the yearly subscription of $4000 for Bambee more than a month ago. I was supposed to meet with someone last week. This person never showed up. I called customer service, they said that she quit! I was never informed and the meeting was never canceled. The customer service agent re-scheduled another meeting for me with another person. It was supposed to be today at 3:30. I got the calendly invitation with no link to any meeting. I emailed the person who was supposed to meet with me, I called Bambee more than 6 times and no one answered. I am at loss! I don't know what to do to let them answer me.

I signed up for Bambee and initially I had a good experience with the onboarding process and had little problem getting policies in place in written forms. After a few weeks it became apparent that they have some special team to treat the new customers with utmost care, and after that you get assigned to an HR manager that probably has way too many businesses under her management. I have unanswered request from months ago that I either figured out or just let go, because I didn't have time to deal with it. If you want some one to reach out to you, don't bother submitting a request, just leave them a one star review and you will get several emails and calls from their damage control team. Now none of them can actually help you, but they will try make you feel "heard". The website is very glitchy and I have trouble processing payroll which is very important to the business. They missed a payroll tax filing and I had to follow-up with them to make sure they did their job. Perhaps if they did their job instead worrying about their pronouns and their feelings the service would be better, this is just my opinion.

I signed up for Bambee a year ago, I was happy with the onboarding and the website for compliance. After the set up other than a few emails here and there, it became obvious there service was lacking. I received a renewal email on the Feb. 24th. When I returned home from work that night, I called but was unable to reach anyone after-hours. The next morning I called and canceled the service. I received a sorry to see you go email. I upgraded my Intuit plan to include HR for $30 a month. Upon receiving my Amex statement, I saw a charge from Bambee for $3408. I reached out to Bambee and was told that I didn't cancel in time and I had to cancel via the platform which doesn't add up since I was able to cancel over the phone. I would've been fine with a prorated amount for the one day or even the month but their billing department declined. Let's call a spade a spade, this is a company that lacks integrity and they essentially stole $3400 from my business.

I'd avoid Bambee at all costs. Impossible to get help from an actual person when you need it. Support requests go unanswered. The platform is bad UX in general with errors everywhere. We worked with a rep to change over a couple of our independent contractors to employees in the platformcome to find out now that it's tax time that those workers were never changed over. There was some glitch/error in the system.Good luck canceling your subscription when you want to. It's confusing and difficult. Even their terms state: "Please make any such cancellation by logging into your account and submitting a cancelation request to customer support in the application" which is laughable because that's exactly what I did. No response. When I finally got help from someone who canceled my service, it was two days after I was charged over $3k for the year and they refused a refund or any prorated refund. You also don't know when your subscription will renew, that information is not in the emails you receive or your account information when you log in.I'd say the only good experience I had with Bambee has been with my HR manager. He was very kind and helpful (when I was able to schedule a call with him, don't think you can just message or email your HR manager by the way.)I do not recommend Bambee in the least, especially for what they cost.
