Any book can be returned for a full refund as long as the book has not been defaced or mutilated. If you've written your name on it, for example, we can't take it back. It must be in saleable condition.
If you need to return a game, it must be in saleable condition, unless it is defective.
If a book or game is defective, we will replace it. If you got a defective item, or if your game is missing a component, notify us by e-mail for instructions. ([email protected])
You'll have to take care of return shipping at your own expense.  
But if there's a replacement due, we'll pay for shipping it to you .
