  The awesome team of ****** and ******* recently helped me with the install of permanent foundation for two of the mobile homes but more importantly get me the *** 433a. I have been trying this for past two years with various companies, architects but do not *****. Luckily I found NorCal Mobile who not only provided me a very attractive price but helped me navigate the complex process of obtaining the *** 433a. They made numerous trips to the *** office in **********, coordinate with the engineer to get post install certification but also with the registration of *** 433a with the county. They were very prompt in responses and I found them to be trustworthy partner. I have highly recommend them.

  Very HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR THAT KNOWS HIS SPECIALITY!!!!! I have had 2 or 3 dozen jobs done by ********, The owner. I have know him since he worked for capital west ( I would always request *** to do the work). **** just realized it has to have been at least 15 years. *** is the mobile home man. He has been working on mobile homes since he was a teenager. I was really shocked to see any "bad " reviews at all. He does really good work and he doesn't ****** and dime his customers like some contractors. He is willing to go the extra mile for his customers from my experience. When he stopped working for capital west I didn't know he had started his own business. I'm really glad to see he has gone out on his own. I am so glad to have my go to mobile home guy back !!!!!!

  *** the owner came out to re-level my double wide and when I told him I had my home re-leveled by a different company 6 months earlier he urged me to contact that company as they should warranty thier work for at least a year. I contacted the previous contractor and after they no showed I decided to call *** back out. He fixed the hump in my floor for substantially less than I paid the previous contractor. I was quite shocked at the honesty that I experienced with this company. I would definitely recommend them.

  Screwed up my level, and when I left them a bad review because of it, they called me and said they would come out and fix it. The day the promised to be here, they no call/no showed. Extremely disreputable company, stay far away.

  BEWARE!! I had a horrible experience with this company and would not recommend them EVER. They may also be doing business under the names of Foundations Plus, or Foundation Are **.In September 2023, I contacted NorCal Mobile Home Construction to request an inspection on a mobile home I was buying. In my email, I requested an estimate to level the bedroom floor and I specifically pointed out the bedroom included a pop-out, or add-on area portion that sloped and needed to be leveled. When the young man (***'s son) who provided the inspection and bid the job arrived, I walked him directly to the area that was my concern. When the inspection was complete, he told me I would also need to have ************* pads replaced. I was asked to sign a contract for $2500 for the leveling of my home and the pads they suggested. They offered a one year warranty on their work.The son came a couple days later to do the work but he actually left my home in worse condition than it was. Not only was the bedroom floor not level, but there was now a huge hump in the frame where the floor had heaved up. This is when he told me that they didn't do pop outs. Since that was the reason I contacted them in the first place, I was stunned. I contacted the owner (***) with my complaint.*** came out and commented that the floor of my home was like a roller coaster. He asked for more money for posts. I pointed out I paid the bid amount. He said he would come back to do the work. However, his wife ******, who isn't a contractor and has never been to my home, decided otherwise. He failed to arrive for that appointment without any explanation. He never contacted or came back as he had promised. I went back and forth for 4 months, but they have refused to acknowledge their warranty and refused to correct the obvious mistakes and restore my home.I am out $2500, my home is far worse than when I started, and I now have to go to their bonding company, the ***** and the court for a resolution.

  This company did not do all the contracted work. They have a kid doing most of it with his dad. They did not do a large portion of their contracted work and were fined by CSLB based on evidence of my complaint. They came back out to finish the original repairs and still have not completed it. his wife ****** will argue with the customer about the signed contract and the husband doesn't answer any questions at all, like he's scared of her..refers all communication to go thru her when he's standing right on the property and she is clueless about what is actually going on. Left nails all over the property which resulted in flat tires, broke an electrical outlet, broke a new drip system box. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Bad experience all around dealing with the family drama and this man who says he's honest.

  Scheduled a appointment to have my mobile home releveled and they did a great job my carport door was tight in jam and a couple other leveling issues and they were able to fix the problem in about 2 hrs I would definitely call them back out for more work in the future

  Amazing, amazing, amazing job these guys did re-leveling our newly moved-into mobile home and replacing all the pads to ABS. I have such peace of mind now knowing the structural integrity of our home is solid and up-to-date now.This is a very small family owned company from what I gather so far. The Dad was even working with his son on the job. Really nice to see that. And most importantly, when they were jacking up the house, they were very careful not to push it too far and they took very good care of this old mobile home we have.Thanks very much guys!-****

  Scheduled a time to have them give me an estimate for a complete remodel on my mobile home. They never showed up, answered the call I made to them while I was waiting, or returned my call. Don't waste your time like I did!!
