    By Bill ******, friendly, clean, trustworthy, and knowledgable are just a few words that describe the excellent service I received from Service Master. They went above and beyond in assisting to help with the water loss to my home. They were like having family come to the rescue. The care and communication was exceptional. I highly recommend using Service Master if you ever find the need.

    Service Master was the company my insurance Mercury assigned to us after a water valve gave out. I woke up to gushing water into my home at 3 am. Obviously, a nightmare experience to deal with. I am so grateful for Service Master and that Mercury assigned them to our claim. Water damage is horrible and when this type of thing happens you can't find the words to explain the dread you fear. ****** ******* ****** and ****** were lifesavers!!! ****** was reassuring, patient and listened to all my concerns. ***** stepped in to speak with the insurance *** when I wasn't feeling heard and that they were minimizing the extent of the damage. I can't recommend this company more! If you ever have to deal with this type of damage this is the company to call!!!! Thank you ****** ******* ****** and ****** for helping us get through this nightmare!!!

    They went overboard - way beyond the norm in my opinion. Love these people. Would use them again,The supervisor we dealt with on the ground was the BEST.The office staff was great - especially the personable and knowledgeable lady that is working for them. Both of these individuals made the whole process go smoothly. THEY WERE THE BEST!!!!Thank you so much,***** *****

    We had a very good experience with ServiceMaster, despite the difficult circumstances of the water leak in our house. They are very professional, courteous, and always kept me up to date on what was happening. I would recommend ServiceMaster every time.

    Terrible Experience! We had Service Masters out to look at a project that included water damage to our home. The company did not provide a written estimate but left a de-humidifier at our home to reduce the moisture. We ended up not going with Service Masters as they were non-committal in terms of project start and end date, and we also didn't feel that they were being transparent in terms of pricing, having not provided an estimate for the work up-front. Our gut turned out to be correct. Although, we called Service Masters the very next day and told them we would be going with another company - they sent us an invoice for $761 dollars for having left the de-humidifier overnight. This price was neither disclosed to us, nor was it agreed upon prior to the di-humidifier being left at our home. When we attempted to resolve the issue directly with the company with no success. It is very clear that this company is run by dishonest businesspeople who take advantage of customers.

Incredibly grateful for the meticulous service and professional crew. ************************** and the guys always arrived on time, worked efficiently, and provided thorough explanations every step of the way. Should anyone be in need of Clean up and Restoration Services, we highly recommend Service Master. Cant say enough about how great they are to work with.
