    Was told I had a termite problem. Called Habitat to come and do an inspection.Called them since they do a monthly service for me. Been using these guys for years, and been recommending them to my neighbors. Their bug inspector came out, gave me his report, and we talked about what could be done to repair my deck. (He also found a lot of wood rot,) Settled on a price and the jobs about complete. Habitat is a small business, family owned. I discovered later the bug inspector, ****, is the owner, and he's also swinging a hammer daily. I feel very lucky getting him and the crew to do the construction.

    This company is recently name changed from Pest master Services! It is a sudden change in name but the service person is still the same guy. The interaction I experienced with this guy was witnessed by an assistant manager at my residence. He was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Apparently, he thought it would be appropriate to curse at me, talk down to me and would not respect my home by wearing shoe guards while conducting the service. We do not wear shoes in my home. He did an initial assessment one week prior however, when it came time to administer the service he claimed he did not bring enough chemicals to do the job. On another occasion, he claimed there was not enough space for him to get around my residence. I had to have the primary manager physically observe the space and she called the company to complain. On another occasion, he didn't spend five minutes in my residence. That session was supposed to had been supervised by a maintenance technician to ensure proper service, That person is no longer an employee. Regardless, it is my understanding the serviceman for pest control is supposed to pull out the fridge, and **************** chemicals and baits; spraying the entire perimeter of my residence. None of these things were done. I've had such bad interaction with this guy that I do not feel comfortable having him in my home. He is shady and overall a disrespectful jerk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.
