  Before getting in contact with Tax Network USA I was completely drowning and had no idea what to do but after speaking with *************************** my mind started to be put at ease. He was able to come up with a game plan to get my tax liability lowered. I didn't know there were things I qualified for to have removed and never would've know if it wasn't for TNUSA. Highly recommend ! Truly thankful for all the help Tax Network USA has provided.

  I went to Tax Network USA after a friend of mine suggested them since they had a great experience. Im always weary of tax companies since a lot of scams out there. I was unsure on what I owed and it was really stressing me out. I was able to speak with a settlement officer *** who was so kind and helpful. Instead of just taking my money on what I assumed I owed. We did an exploratory on my master tax file so we would KNOW exactly what I owed and how to move forward. Luckily it was only a couple grand and the team kept me updated the entire way of this process. You might not hear back in a day or two but I understand these things take time. I was set up on an installment agreement and now I dont have to worry about a thing anymore. Thank you TNUSA

  I couldnt be happier with my experience with Tax Network USA. I got a letter from the *** and I went into a panic. Id seen the ads for ****** and heard good things. I contacted them, and they were patient and listened to me. I was redirected to a manager to discuss my case in more detail. I signed up that day and a case manager was assigned to me and a call scheduled. On that call, my case manager was also patient and easy going. He listened and explained the process in detail, answering any questions I had. Yes, case managers are busy with multiple clients, but I was never rushed in any of our discussions. Fortunately for me, my case manager recognized immediately that I did not have a big problem as I thought the letter I received indicated. He explained what I had missed and my issue was resolved. If I ever have another problem I wont hesitate to call Tax Network USA. And highly recommend them to anyone to please check them out at no risk. I promise you will talk to people that are kind and patient and are trying to help you. Are they busy? Yes, because they are good. Ive been in customer service all my life, and ********************** amazed me with their great service and people. Highly recommended.

  I hired ***** over a year ago to solve a tax issue with the ****************************. I had around $800 of payroll that wasn't filed and just needed a schedule 20 filled out and sent in. *** had assessed over 50k in penalties and were issuing distraint warrants which is why I sought legal help. At first they were very helpful. I was able to talk to an attorney on the phone and they agreed to take my case for around $9,000. They assigned me to an attorney and we scheduled a phone conference a couple weeks later. I was put on hold for more than 30min. When my attorney finally got on the line he stated that he was in contact with ODR and we had to go to trial. They required a a retainer of $19,000 for 2 years. Since that payment I have been shuffled around from attorney attorney 3 or 4 times. I currently do not know who my attorney is. I've been asking for 3 or 4 months now for an itemized bill with listed services to no avail. I have not gotten a CPA. No one has ever looked at my books. The state is still filing distraint warrants and the penalties are increasing daily. We are in the 6 figures now. To make things worse they went and filed a tax return to the *** which I repeatedly told them not to do as it did not relate to the case and the information they had was not correct. I am now being hit with another $15k in liability form the fed now. I am now behind on getting the current year filed as I have not had any communication with ***** in over 3 months. I got a letter form ODR stating that they didn't even fill out the paperwork to have my mail forwarded correctly and were denied. I feel like I handed these guys $28,000 and nothing was done and I'm just getting the run around. I requested a refund 3 weeks ago and got no response. I'll probably have to go to the state **** and file a complaint. Complete ripoff.

  We had a clerical error from account that caused *** wanting 80k from us. We moved couple times nad didn't know about it. Well apparently after x amount if time that means you wave your rights. To say I was panicked was understatement. Through **** and ******* they help navigate the maze for us and got it to zero $ which is what it should have been. Definitely would use again. Thanks guys.

  I had very bad experience with this company.. There are very disorganized and untrustworthy.. They made me get a warrant from the state with out notice recently of $888.00 and after all the back and forth with them in the past dealing with *** confusion tax bills..They told me to go on the *** sight to start a payment plan for another tax bill of $1,925.00 I called them back to get info about a Tax form Examined and Tax Period Examined which they examined, so I can proceed with the *** website for the payment plan, but the person who was helping was not to smart and the morons who responded and told me the case is closed, so we cant do nothing about it.. What a nightmare with this company.. Beware.!!!!

  As a senior citizen, I am prone to being taken advantage of. I really appreciated the level of care and transparency that I experienced with this company. The customer service I received was exceptional, and I am extremely satisfied. It's so nice knowing that I don't need to worry about this tax issue anymore because it is in great hands.

  Used Tax Network USA for my 2023 taxes. Owed a decent chunk of money which was difficult as a single parent. I was also running a small event last year for the community which these guys were able to use to help reduce what I owed the state and fed. Communication was limited to appointments but effective. I was able to get on a low and very doable monthly payment plan and I am satisfied with the service I received.

  I contractedTax Network USA on January 2024 to review prior 3 years taxes and apply for a refund based on my being scammed along with ********************************************************** ***********************, **********. Florida has filed charges against *********************** and advised it IS a scam- ****** ****** style. *** ******* advised sounds like you have a good case and well definitely get some of that back.I paid $3,600 on January *************************************************************************************** at least updated.Over the past7 months I had to recontact TaxNetwork several times for status. My initial *** passed awayaccording to them and I was reassigned to ******** ****** on 05/02/2024 who advised she would get with accountants and call me back.******** ****** called back and added an accountant ******* to the call who would be working on my ******* of 08/27/2024 no calls, no emails and no texts or ****************** this point I filed my 2024 taxes myself even though they advised in January they would Tax Network did not.Looking for a full refund as promised services were not provided and I feel as though I have been scammed once again.
