    Don't buy tires from Giga Tires! Total scam! I purchased tires and the shipping cost was more than both tires, I work for the carrier they use and know how much this shipment cost, they are padding their shipping cost. So I tried to cancel my order immediately after ordering and got a brick wall, nothing. No one answers their support numbers and the chat service is a repeating joke.

    Gigatire is a SCAM!! I ordered 4 tires from walmart.com on June 2 2024 - I received the (completely) wrong tires from their third party fulfillment company (Gigatire) on June 4 2024 - Gigatire told me I ordered the wrong tires - I sent them a screenshot of my order - then they told me that ******* made the mistake. Bottom line, after disputing the payment through Paypal, Gigatire (on June 21) issued an RA and return shipping labels. it is noy July 5th and I have no tires, and am still out the $444.24 that I paid Gigatire and *******.

    I placed my order **** 13,2024 Until now I dont get any updates with it now is **** 19,2024 it said they only takes 2 business day for delivery if I knew that I rather buy to different companies I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone Sore

    Ordered on Tuesday evening and showed up at 3:00pm on Thursday. All stickers intact and each of the 5 tires looks to be in perfect condition. Installation at 7:30 in the morning.
