    Giga tire offers a 30 minute window if an order is to be cancelled but website only briefly allows their cancel form to load and then immediately switches to virtual assistant eliminating the opportunity to cancel within the prescribed time. My reason to cancel was finding the $280 tire totaled $434, considerably higher than competitors.

    Giga Tires treated me great even after I ordered the wrong size tires. The Return process was super easy, they sent a Return label and I only had to bring them into ****** Easy peasy. Order new tire and had them installed at the Local PepBoys. Again super easy. I'm ordering tires for my daughter next.

    Ordered 4 tires and quickly realized I ordered the wrong width. Tried calling, tried emailing and even tried chat. No one ever came to the phone, no one came to chat and no one has responded to my emails. Have tried several times to contact since with no luck. Order now says "shipped" so no way to make change. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

However, we see in our system that a refund was issued on January 14th.     ******** useless company. I tried to cancel my order, but there no provision to do so on their website. I tried their online chat, but it doesn't work. I left my number for a callback, but they never called back. I wrote 4 emails that were never answered. When the order arrived, I refused it and had ***** send them back. I wouldn't buy a valve stem off this crooked non communicating company.
