    do not buy tires from giga tires because they do not honor the warranty

    Based on the inspection report, the damage appears to be on the inner edge of the tire, which suggests it may be related to handling or installation rather than a manufacturing defect.     I ordered tires from here in Oct. 2024, through ******* and had them installed by *****************. I received a message from ******* in July 2025 to bring my car in for the tire rotation and balancing. When I brought it in the two employees said the treads were too low and they couldn't touch them. What? Im 70 years old i don't drive much so im thinking either the tires are bad or they were installed incorrectly so I contacted ******* telling them i either need new tires or a refund and they sent my message to the tire company. So I get a message from Giga tires saying in order to get avrefund i meeded to send them documentation on the tires return them of the rims and they would look at them. ******* said they won't touch them. Im not able to remove them myself and relying on my car for appointments and groceries i cant really be without a car while someone is inspecting them when ******* said the treads was worn. Then Giga tires said they couldn't do anything because they're not the manufacturer of the tires. I would think a company would care about people's lives and sell reliable tires not ones that wear out in a few months.endangering my life and anyone's else's life on the road.

    There is still no explanation why new tires would be so worn out after a few months of use that even the installers of these tires said they could not rotate them because the treads were too low. Is it the installers fault or the manufacturers fault for this.

    I bought tires from GIGA tire, I got them mounted on my wheels, it turns out the tires aren't round so they wont balance properly. I called Giga to get a full recision as I was charged to mount the tires and they aren't helpful at all. additionally they are not wanting to refund me the cost of the tires. this place is a joke. don't buy from these scammers. they aren't worth the headaches.

    The absolute most painful experience I've ever had ordering tires. There seems to be no comprehension with reality or knowledge of the product they sell when it comes to dealing with their customer service team. I received deformed tires and after 3 MONTHS of dealing with the issue it is still ongoing and unresolved. Long story short, I asked for replacements and was denied the opportunity due to no stock available, including asking for upgraded replacements which was not available. I was forced to accept a refund, which involves returning the deformed tires. They do not issue your refund until they receive the tires back. I agreed to these terms and shipped the tires back. I informed them that I would be purchasing tires from another company because I needed to drive my vehicle as soon as possible. A month later, I messaged the company asking for an update to my refund. They replied by telling me that they will not be issuing a refund and replacements are now being delivered. Completely disregarding The agreement they made to give me a refund! Now they are trying to make it my responsibility to return the replacements after deceptively sending them to me knowing they agreed to a refund! I'll be out of state for the next month working. They sent me these tires without even informing me that they were doing so! I am over $1,500 in shop fees and tire purchases due to their incompetency. They do not cover damages involving their mishaps. Whenever you inform them of a problem their responses are scripted instead of a normal human response. There seems to be no compassion for their customers whatsoever.
