    Terminix charged me with $450 for service they never did and they have stated they dont do this work They have done a contract on the phone without seeing the issue and the technician came twice he had no answer for the type of fly we have still the issue not resolved **************** promised local manager will refund the charges but I never got any refund and they never called me

    This company is charging me for a service I cancel back in October after I cancel the service. They came to my house in February to spray my front yard 2 days prior to that I text the rep to please do not go because I had cancel my services they didn't care and still showed up and spray with out my permission now they want to charge me $100 dollars for something I did not want I need help... account number ******** for ********************** and there number ************** I'm attaching a screen shoot from me and the technician where he told me Feb 13 to comfirm the visite I follow by saying I cancel you guys then 2 days later I sent him another messages telling him why did I get a message from terminex is on there way after I had just told him they been cancel. They need to credit the account for the full refund I should not pay for something I did not want..

    I agreed to and was charged the initial payment of $517.08. My monthly payments would then be $117.08. However, after my $517.08 payment was processed they took out another $400 without my permission or acknowledgement. When I called to figure this problem out I was told this has been happening to ALL new customers. I asked for a refund but it wont be here for 3-5 days. So since my account is now negative and I had bills to pay with the money that WAS in there, I asked they void my next month payment. I asked this due to I will now have late fees for my bills and voiding my payment for next month will help make up for their mistake. I was denied and told We are sorry for the inconvenience. I was also told that *********************, the branch manager where I am, is the one who denied me. He refuses to return my call, my husbands calls, and all messages left by other employees. He even turned off his phone at 9:30 am this morning, or he blocked me. We are living in economic hard times and this is the way to make it right.

    We have both Drywood and Liquid Defend policies with Terminix for our termite protection. An inspector came to our home on December 12, 2022 and was shown termite damage. The inspector said he would send his supervisor out to review the damage and that person would tell us what the company would do to rectify the situation. After multiple phone calls to the company and speaking to both the service manager, the branch manager, and the national office, we have received no further contact whatsoever from anyone in the local area. We still have major damage that has never been addressed. It has now been over three months with no local contact even though the national office has repeatedly tried to get someone to call us. Considering the annual payments we have made to Terminix for over 20 years, this is totally unacceptable.Even though the Better Business Bureau limits ** to listing ********* as the ********** Terminix office location, the actual location serving our vicinity is somewhere in southern ***********, perhaps ******, **. Because no one locally will call **, we cannot be sure of the office's location.

    In April, I paid Terminix year in advance for both the *************** as well as Pest Control. I asked for discounted rate that I had paid in the past and Terminix agreed on a price a little higher though. Do note, the yearly payments (or even quarterly service) offers 4 scheduled services and any more number of services if needed (unsatisfied). I have had their service since buying the home in 2007 (15 years now) Back in Oct/Nov, Terminix did a service, and came back saying that I owed money for the service. Upon calling numerous times, I had the following observations as well as outcomes - In 3 occasions, they hung up the call, deliberately. Highly unprofessional and unethical - On one occasion, when some reasonable explained, it was mentioned the price I need to pay is higher as I had credit/discount applied. DO NOTE: I paid year in advance, and none of this should apply in any case. This is exactly what cheating the customers and harassing the customers. Also customer service to understand any of this was completely missing as explained above.I feel cheated overall by these unethical practices. After 5 + times of contacting Terminix, I have given up and thus filing a complaint via "Better Business Bureau" for a resolution.
