I was suppose to be doing a training to market my ****** I did one call with ***** ********* The Real System one zoom meeting and he just took my ***** without me getting anything out of it I was suppose to receive some kind of workshop training and it wanted nothing but a discussion with other members that signed up and never received any training I'm disputing my ***** and would like a refundBusiness response

This company The Real System offered a Spanish course stating that the students would be able to open ********* in 30 days with their 6 weeks course. In the first couple of clases we all had questions & where not answered. Later we where told the course we were taking it was an introductory class and if we wanted to continue the course would cost $5k. The chat was disable to ask questions and couldn't communicate with the administrator. I found this misleading, unprofessional and waste of time and money. I would like my money to be refunded, since the course did not comply with what it was offered.Business response

On March 10, 2021, after attending a free virtual seminar on Airbnb, The real System LLC offered me a 6-week course at a cost of ********* which had to be paid before receiving the classes. Supposedly the first 50 registered would receive a free 30 minute call that never happened. The course was a total joke, a hoax because the syllabus was never deepened. They promised us that we were going to learn everything that was needed to build the Airbnb business. They didn't teach us anything. The speakers only talked about their achievements, their vacations. We complained on several occasions. Not only were our complaints not heard, but they blocked us, yelled at us, insulted us. Worst of all, they used our time to promote another course.Business response

El 10 de Marzo de 2021 luego de ver una presentación dada por esta compañÃa ofreciendo un curso de airbnb. Me sentà entusiasmada por todo lo que ofrecÃan me garantizaban que en 30 dÃas yo tendrÃa el suficiente conocimiento como para iniciar mi negocio. Pero realmente cuando asistà a lad 2 primeras clases. Me sentà estafada. No habÃa un buen contenido en las clases. Estas fueron muy improvisadas. Sin ninguna estructura didáctica. Por lo que deje de asistir y manifesté junto con un grupo de afectados mi disgusto con las clases. Nuestras quejas fueron groseramente desatendidas. Fuimos tratados con menosprecio. Diciendo que eso pasaba por lo barato del curso. Fuimos utilizados. Fue tanto su irrespeto que se me dio una credencial sin firma ni sello. Sin ningún valor. Yo exijo de ellos la devolucion total de mi dinero ya que no fue lo que vendieron. Sus clases fueron muy escuetas y repetitivas como para llenar espacio. No dejando un contenido definido. This company was selling the first corporate housing classes in Spanish.When they were promoting their class one of them used his famous wife whom has more than a million followers on social media to offer the course in Spanish,this 2 guys do not speak a good Spanish and the wife it was not present during the classes.When they were selling their classes they told us they will give the tools and we will be ready to start our business like host or co-host working with airbnb.I paid the amount of **** dollars for 6 classes,they provide some little information the first day,I was hoping the next it would be better and it did not happened. All the classes were improvised,they are not instructors and they are so far a way to provide any kind of classes.On the fourth class we were told we have to pay a lot more money to get the really good classes.We were at least 40 unhappy people with their poor classes.The last day they blocked the Zoom chat and allowed just one person to speak up.Business response

March 9,2021 I attended a FREE webinar on Airbnb hosting, I was offered a 6 weeks course from The REAL System LLC for the amount of $497.00 It was stated that the first 50 people to enroll would get a 30 minute "private"call. I did not receive the call nor the link to enter such call. The information in this course was not presented as expected, not structured, and it was improvised on the spot as they went along about their personal gains instead of following the class same information provided for free on youtube. When we complained on the content of the program, they stated it was only "introductory" course. Many people were muted or blocked from the course and from social media groups created to access information. During one course, they were introducing yet another course offering more personalized techniques when they claim that in THIS course of $497 we were going to learn ALL about airbnb. Many of us complained directly to them with no resolution to offer.Business response

I signed up for this course March 9, 2021 and paid ****** This was a total joke! This business promised their clients that we would be ready to start our 1st AirBNB business in 30 days with this 6-week course, that they were going to provide all the tools and info necessary however it was all false promises, on the 5th class they told us that this was not a course but rather an introduction saying that the new course that we should take to learn what they had promised will now cost us ******* During the course these two men all they did was improvise, all they did was talk about their experiences and vacation time, so unprofessional. I DID NOT PAY to hear about their experiences or motivation I paid to learn however nothing of value was provided, the little bit of info they provided is all free in their social media. *************** (The Real System owner) and with ************* offered me an ****** course where according to them we would learn everything related to the business to have our ****** on the market in 30 days. We were informed that we would leave ready and with all the necessary information to enter this business. The course offered had a value of $497.00 and lasted for 6 weeks (a weekly class of 90 minutes each). In the fifth class we were notified that there would be a new course where in this new one it would be that they would offer everything in detail, including contacts, digital materials, etc. So, they tricked us by offering us a course that was not the one provided. In addition, they showed that they were not fit and prepared to teach the classes. In many classes they improvised too much. Many questions were not answered and not to mention the last class where many of my classmates were censored since they were not allowed to express themselves by any means. The Real System (directed by ***************) never answered my many attempts to contact me, but when I complained through the Better Bussines Bureau they responded due to the importance of BBB reviews for any company. I continue to reaffirm that I do NOT recommend taking a course with The Real System, *************** or any of their affiliates (in my course the affiliate was ************* from ** Investments - husband of the former ********* presenter ***********). My opinion is based on my bad experience. It was a totally improvised course, without organization or professionalism and full of disrespect and censure towards most of the participants. In addition, we were deceived because when offering us the course they told us that they would prepare us to have our ****** business in 30 days, telling us that they would give us all the materials and knowledge required for the business, but in the penultimate class they notified us that there would be another course And that in this new course is that they would give us all the materials and knowledge required to undertake the ****** business. The Real System (dirigida por ***************) nunca contestó mis muchos intentos de contactarme, pero al reclamar a través de Better Bussines Bureau respondieron debido a la importancia que tienen los reviews de la BBB para cualquier empresa. Continúo reafirmando que NO recomiendo tomar un curso con The Real System, *************** o nignuno de sus afiliados (en mi curso el afiliado fue ************* de ** Investments - esposo de la expresentadora de ********* ***********). Mi opinión es basada en mi mala experiencia. Fue un curso totalmente improvisado, sin organización ni profesionalismo y lleno de faltas de respeto y censuras a la mayorÃa de los participantes. The first corporate housing class in Spanish according to The Real System, I was the first 50 that sign up for the class paying $497.00 and the six classes offer was a joke. The syllabus did not match to the classes provided thru Zoom. On the fourth day of class we where told we need to pay more money in order for the two instructors to provide more information. On the last day of class the majority of classmates we wanted to give our opinion on the chat (thru zoom) they block us. We where not allowed to give our feedback. ****** ****** and ***** ********* both instructors are not prepare to provide a class in Spanish and neither one have any customer service experience.
