      Charged me a 1 day storage fee for holding my car for an hour. Based on the receipt times I don't think anyone called them. I think they just waited for an excuse to pounce. The other reviews have further cemented that idea. Scummy company and should be shut down.

      These people are fraud and are is stealing peoples car. You walk inside to your home to put your pet inside. They come and take your car . Not even 5 minutes. This is not heard of . I called security. They never called for a tow for my vehicle. This place is stealing money from hard working people !

      My car was towed the day before yesterday because the tow company said that I was parked on private property, I informed him that I live there. Then he proceeded to say you parked in residential, I informed him that Ive been living on the property for 3 years, why would I park in residential? FOR MY CAR TO GET TOWED?! Theirs no sign that specifics tenants cant park there. All the other parking stalls have signs, this stall has NO SIGN AT ALL, how should people know not to park here of theres no sign?! I had to pay $410.00, get my car out from tow that morning. Will have a conservation with the leasing office about car being towed from stall. THIS TOW COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!!!!!!!

      Predatory tow practice have been terrorizing my apartment complex in the middle of the night I've witnessed them towing guest & resident cars for no good reason with there lights off. Please do not patronize this company

      i believe this company is practicing shady towing services and are conspiring with ********************************** to spot cars who may or may not be in violation of a parking enforcement code for immediate towing and i believe that predatory towing is involved . im suing this company and recommend anyone else with issues do the same

      These guys are crooks who follow predatory practices to tow vehicle. They also charge exorbitant amount of money to get your vehicle back.

      I was charged a total of $435 because I was not informed of all my options just because they wanted to take an extra $120 for themselves $225 tow fee, $90 storage fee, and $120 just to open the gate, and not only that because it was towed with my emergency lights on my car wouldn't even turn on anymore all because they want to get their $30 per tow on my 2 and 1/2 days worth of work. This should be downright illegal. Not only do they take money from you but they make you sign to release the car of course and as soon as you sign it releases and type of liability towards All Brauns of course that way they are just covering their own behinds. They take your many and quickly try to rid themselves of any liability.

      Why are they still operational? What the h*** ?? What's up people of *******? People of Union City, people of ******???? Working people get mauled over by crooks, theives and nobody takes a stand???? Wonder how well it would go over if the media gets flooded with all brauns tow tactics. ******* it so hard until we get some results?? Imagine if all those negative reviewers past and present all contact a different media platform all at the same time. Rally and strike them where it hurts. If you see those s*** ***** coming alrert everybody on the complex. Video the drivers in action. Make their ability to obtain any profit from their illegal actions ( isnt that the definition of EXTORTION???) Obsolete. I'm starting with *** CONSUMER COMPLAINTS, CBS 5 CONSUMER WATCH, 7 On Your Side, then ********************* OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS ... And I'll continue to belt out all their disgusting business practices to any and everyone that will listen including the court system What's your choice? Let's get the word out there.....DOING NOTHING HOPING THE OTHER GUY WILL STEP UP IS WHY THEY STILL EXISIT. Somebody has to see what a bacterial infection that company is and put a stop to it. WONDER IF THEY REPORT HONESTLY TO THE ****** Who am I kidding? They don't operate an honest business why would any other aspect of their worthless being be any thing other than... Right?

      I've never encountered such a shady business before. I went to visit my friends apartment late at night and after just 30 minutes, my car got towed. Apparently these guys are contracted with the apartment and will literally prowl the parking lots 24/7 and seize any opportunity they can. My temporary parking permit had one small typo and because of that it got towed for reasons of "no guest permit" despite having everything else correct including the make, model, and color. I tried calling them to tell them about the mistake, but they were very rude on the phone and they said nothing can be done and that I have to be more careful next time. They charged me over $535 dollars even though the car was only in their tow yard for less than half an hour. When I tried contacting the apartment, they offered no help at all. I would not be surprised if they were in on the profits as well.

      Yesterday they towed my car cause they **** parked in a spot without a permit , mind u she has been to her friend house several times and they didn't do that. They saw a opportunity to make some money while I'm sitting in hospital after having a heart attack . I had to leave the hospital because they wouldn't let her get Car on top of 490 for one day. They are scamming people!!!!!
