The All Brauns Towing company wrongly towed my vehicle on 9/9/2023 around 8:30 pm pst near ***********************************************************. I was visiting my friend and parked my vehicle on the left side of and at the end of the road (it was a dead-end road). There was no sign of "No Parking" on that side; there was no red curb stating that was a fire lane; there was no sign on the wall stating "parking here would be towed on owner's expense"; and there was no towing company information or phone number. I got to know the *********** info after I called the 911.I asked the towing company if *** authorized them to tow the vehicle parked in that area. The employee behind the counter told me he did not know about it. I also checked if you had a written contract with the *** and stated that vehicle parked there could be towed. They said they didn't know about it with a very bad attitude. If he didn't know about it, how could he tow my vehicle directly from there? (***, the employee behind the counter is the driver who towed our vehicle and we had confirmed with him beforehand)They took the photos of my vehicle and asked as to pay the fine so to return our car. We asked if we could get the copy of the photos. The employee said "yes, you could, just email or call us next business day". We called them on 9/11 at 10:30 am, they refused to send us the photo copies and said they never shared the photos. The people there are lying and playing with us.The fee they charged was also insane. I reviewed the other comments toward All Brauns Towing company online; and noted this company would loitering during nighttime on weekends/holidays on purpose, to tow the vehicles from private property without authorization. And they charged unreasonable high price to release the car during off-business hours to take the gate fee $125. They also charged storage fee for 1 day $100 (we were only towed for 30 minutes) and "special equipment fee" $60. They are robbery company like a gang.

I purchased a vehicle from this business on July 11, 2023. According to the description advertised this vehicle had a clear title I was never informed that in fact, the 2007 ***** Tahoe that I purchased was inspect salvage. I found out after going to the **** trying to get the vehicle registered in my name. I was unable to do so because of the status. His car was in the ********** DMV. Because this company posted false information about the title status, I was Mislead believing I was purchasing a car with a clean title instead of a salvage title it did in fact have. Im asking for your help with resolving the situation by voiding out this transaction and getting my money back of $3500.00

My location is ****************************************************. My car got towed at 4:15 AM from my own, assigned parking space which is #**, even though the permit was present in the car. The company towed illegally and the H3532313030353833**H expense I had to pay was $535.00 which is completely unreasonable, since the car did not even go into a garage for 2 hours. We immediately drove to the H3532313030353833**H place and retrieved the car at around 5:25am. Additionally, there were other cars in the lot that didnt have permits, its unfair that we were the only car that was towed. I have proof of this. On another note, generally speaking its completely unreasonable and unnecessary, to tow cars when nobody in the building has seemed to have any issues with parking for the last 16 years we have lived here.

On April 8, 2023, my vehicle was towed from **********************************************. I learned that All Brauns Towing had been instructed by a resident to tow my vehicle and that it would cost $435 to retrieve it. Within an hour, I went to All Brauns Towing at ****************************************************** to pick up my vehicle, paid for the release, and when I was taken to the back parking lot, I noticed a huge puddle of oil under the front of my vehicle as depicted in the image attached. I did not move my car and instead confronted the All Brauns Towing employee while accompanied by another individual who was also picking up his car but the employee advised that he knew nothing about the damage and that if I wanted to complain, I could leave my vehicle there or file a claim with my insurance and then walked away. I drove my vehicle out of the lot and the next day I noticed another large pool of oil under my car. I was greatly concerned and contacted my insurance to file a claim. I took my vehicle to a mechanic who discovered that the transmission oil panel had been hit with a sharp object causing a dent and piercing through the oil panel from which the oil had been leaking. The mechanic quoted me at $400 for the replacement of the transmission oil panel and transmission oil fill up. I paid for the repairs and my insurance advised that they would not pay for repairs because it was below my deductible, but they tried to contact All Brauns Towing who dismissed their requests for insurance information and were treated rudely and aggressively. When I tried to contact them to demand a reimbursement for the damages they had caused to my vehicle they were also rude and refused to answer questions and directed me to sending my claim to an email which I did and requested their insurance information but they again refused. I have been unable to speak to anyone about my claim and damages caused to my vehicle and they have been evading my requests for a contact person and insurance information.

Basically my car was towed and became impounded as a result of theft. Eventually auctioned in a lien sale, or so they said but 4 months later i received parking tickets clear that the car was in my name and therefore i was scammed out of my car and held responsible for all kinds of fees that our astronomical! illegal according to DMV vehicle laws. Im taking this to court! My ******** benz was in perfect condition worth **** on ****** blue book! im suing for that and all the fees they claimed i owe as well as tickets. How can you sale a car as a lien without ever having a lien? I will pursue what's rightfully mine and will take this company right from under these fraudulent nimrods!

On January 28th @ 3 pm I went to pick up my car from the towing yard after they unrightfully towed it out of my gated complex. They made me pay $440 to get it out when it wasnt even there for 2 hours. After picking it up I notice they scratched and cracked my back bumper and dented my passenger side door. I just got the car back from my body shop Friday (01/27/23) with no dents, cracks, or scratches. (Which I have receipts from the body shop showing what was fixed including the back bumper) I didnt have the car for 24 hours before it was towed and damaged After going back into the office to tell the worker they caused damage to my car and requesting to see the pictures they took of my car prior to it being towed, at first he said he didnt have access to the pictures then he refused to show me the pictures. I asked to speak with a supervisor in which he responded to call the number i called to get my car back. I called the number to speak with a supervisor and the supervisor ended up yelling at me over the phone to contact my insurance to make a claim for the damages and hung up. I just paid a $1,000 deductible Friday getting my car back + $440 for towing fees after not even 2 hours of being there along with them also damaging my car and clearly not caring about it. I refuse to pay another $1,000 deductible because of damages the towing company caused with not a care in the world so I am seeking help to get these damages all paid for by the towing company along with a reimbursement for what I paid just to have my car damaged. As I was on the phone waiting for a supervisor I witnessed another one of their tow trucks towing a car going at least 55 mph down a 25 mph street scraping the bottom end to where the car was bouncing off the ground and after looking at other cars towed by them in their yard when getting mine they all had back end damage from being towed. This is clearly not the first time they have damaged someones vehicle.

Predatory tow.. Will drive around neighborhoods looking for cars to tow. While dropping off groceries to my mom's home, my car was towed within less than 10 minutes of parking. I was parked in front of the garage with the garage open. There were no curbs painted red or signs that read no parking allowed. I followed the tow truck driver to find that he pulled my car into a near by **** to "secure and buckle down" the tow. When I asked for my car to be released, the driver told me that he was not allowed to do so because he was now on "public roads". Therefore, this tow truck driver was negligent, towed my car knowing it wasn't secured and intentionally took it to a public area to secure the vehicle before taking it to the tow yard. After paying $500+ to get my car out, I noticed the address from where they towed the car from was the wrong address!

All Brauns has been self-authorizing their tows without any property manager or police present. They were charging $90 extra from what is supposed to be charged in ********** towing charges and does not allow victims to take pictures of feeds for evidence.

My car was towed from my mother-in-laws apartment building. The tower completely damaged my front and rear bumper. My front bumper was broken in half from the lower half, ripped out of the frame, scratched the headlights, pulled the fenders outward due to the front bumper being pulled. Since the car was dragged the rear bumper and exhaust were scratched, it looks like they passed it through a cheese grader. Since I was not driving I am not at fault for the damages and this business refuses to give me their insurance information to file a claim. I don't understand why I would need to use my own insurance for an incident that was not my fault and pay for a deductable after already paying the company to give me my car back. I live an hour and a half away from my mother in laws apartment, the tow company still made me wait three hours later to make an appointment at 11pm to pick up my car. I did not get home until 1am and still had to wake up early to go to school the next day. I do have a full video of the damages of the car in their lot.

8/17/2022 my vehicle was towed although it is registered to the apartment complex. I picked up my vehicle from:29220 *************************************************************************** When I called, they were unsure of when they actually towed the vehicle. I was given 2 different time stamps that did not make sense. The tow company would not provide a copy of receipts with time stamp of tow and did not allow me to take pictures of it either. I believe my vehicle was wrongfully towed because it is registered.
