Over six months has past which the account was paid off and has a negative balance. This balance still has not been refunded in spite of contacting the company numerous times!

This was our first and last time financing with this company. We had many errors starting from the beginning and even lasting months after title in hand. Their customer service staff are the rudest I've ever dealt. I have never had to tell the representative to change their attitude. They will not give accountings phone number out which would hopefully resolve me contacting their rude representatives.Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation USA

I do not appreciate a letter claiming to be sorry for the inconvenience your company has done. I would just like my money sent to the address on file. Account was paid off back in February, it is almost August. You need to work better at your companies customer service.
