    I've reached out to this company last year to close my account. It appears they refused to close my account even though I transferred all of my money out of it, and have continued to charge monthly payments even though I had requested my account be closed LAST YEAR.Any agent you talk with will give you copy and paste corporate run around responses to prevent you from getting any solution. I jotifed they label their monthly fees as a "transfer", which is a way to prevent individuals they're stealing from from filing a dispute with their financial institutions. Monthly bank fees ARE NOT transfers. To label them as such is false, deceptive, misleading, and a huge red flag. I expect the money that was stolen from me after I requested the closure of my account to be returned.

    I cancelled my Albert account over a year ago yet every day for the last 2 weeks they have attempted to pull ***** from my bank for Albert genius. I want my information purged from their system.

    I had this service a few years back and cancelled it. Got a new card number from a new bank institution. They somehow collected that card info and have been charging ***** and 7.99. Upon logging into to cancel my account again they charged me an additional *****. They refuse to refund this money and I have never gave them authorization to run my card. You can not contact support here only by email.

    Albert has yet to give me a physical debit card after requesting it multiple times. When they replaced it the second time, they froze the card and wouldn't allow it to be added to Venmo et ********** when I went to transfer $10 to my Chime account (an account already linked to Albert) they froze the account and refused to accept my LEGAL GOVERNMENT ID as a form of ID! Because they refused to clear the hold, they didn't send the money to Chime, which has frozen my Chime account now. ********************** refuses to make this right and just keeps escalating the problems they are causing me!

    I have been trying to cancel my account with ********************** but they make it next to impossible. It said I need to withdrawal my money to be able to close the account but it would not let my withdrawal anything. After jumping through all of their hoops and getting my account to $0, I still can not cancel. It seems this is a way for them to keep charging people a monthly fee.

    Ive been trying to contact this business and keep getting the run around. I had a cash advance with them in July of 2024. I filed bankruptcy in January of 2025. They wont refund my $50 they debited from my personal checking account on March 18, 2025. I need them to refund my money I sent them all the documentation they requested and said sorry we cant refund you. This is such a scam and they are violating the bankruptcy law.

    On February 14, 2025, I attempted to pay Intown Suites - ******* a payment of $303.54 with my Albert card. The payment was declined even though the funds were in my Albert account. Intown Suites provided me with proof they did not receive the payment, and the transaction has been pending since 2/14/2025. I have attempted to contact Albert numerous times to no avail. I need them to trace the payment and put the funds back in my account. All of my attempts have been ignored, and they do not have a customer service number to call. I have attached all documentation I have. Please help me.

    Look *** what company this is but you keep charging my **** checking account every month and I keep contacting your incompetent customer service team to tell them to stop and nothing ever gets resolved. At this point youve stolen 6 months of payments from my checking account without my authorization and therefore you owe me a total of $101.94-see attached photos of all the unauthorized transactions youve made on a checking account that has your company blocked! I WANT MY **** MONEY BACK NOW!
