    I am writing to formally report a distressing incident involving the sale of counterfeit merchandise. This incident poses serious safety concerns and raises questions about the integrity of their products.On July 17th, I purchased a helmet from a Dainese store located in ********. The helmet was sent to my address, and upon inspection, I realized that the size was incorrect. Subsequently, I returned the helmet to the store with the intention of either obtaining an exchange. To my astonishment, the store staff informed me that the helmet I had received was, in fact, a counterfeit model. This revelation was deeply troubling, as there was no way for me to ascertain its authenticity based on size alone. This situation underscores the potential dangers that unsuspecting customers, like myself, could face when using counterfeit safety equipment.Adding to my concerns is the unprofessional and dismissive attitude displayed by the store staff. Their reluctance to take responsibility for this significant oversight further compounds the severity of the situation. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on their business but also places customers at risk.Counterfeit Sales: The Dainese sold me a counterfeit helmet, endangering my safety on the road.Negligent Customer Service:I believe that this incident requires immediate attention and investigation to ensure the safety of other consumers and to uphold the standards of fair business practices. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will take appropriate action to address this matter and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Also, I reported this issue to their customer service and received no response. They sent me a real helmet and the price on the receipt is different but they didnt refund me.     TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. We dropped our leathers off for service in July. I haven't been able to get anyone to pick up the phone - in fact, called FOUR times in one day. I've left messages and no one will return my calls. I'm now down to the wire and need my serviced leathers returned asap. Please have someone give me a call today so we can make arrangements to have them returned. I chose Dainese because of their reputation, however, this has been an extremely disappointing experience all around. This service center is an embarrassment to the Dainese name.
