    I can see why they have an A Rating. The service was spot on and ***** and his team came out right away and were a big help. We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment into a smaller house in ********** with no issues. Thank you guys

    ***** and his team were extremely helpful. I hired Less 4 Movers for a move done here in **********. They were on top of things from the moment they all got started. They gave me updates often, which I appreciated. Positive service all around that I'm happy with.

    The owner of this company, ***** is completely unprofessional. We have one outstanding balance of $500.00 that ********** is sending via company check from head office. They've charged our company credit card without our consent, without ** knowing the cost. In asking for the receipt that we have not received yet for bookkeeping, which was already done, they are not providing it to **. Then ***** responds to an email calling his customer a LIAR. DO NOT TAKE BUSINESS FROM THIS COMPANY

    Bad experience with this business. Don't use this company, they quoted me a totally different price over the phone, then hit me with a large unexpected ridiculous bill before removing my personal items from their moving truck.They tried to keep my belongings hostage, I have never experienced anything like this. The driver threatened me to go get his Cash from my bank before unloading, and did not want to except credit card, this was before removing my things off his truck. Yelled at and told me if I didn't pay $775 for the 4 hours he will not take down my things off his truck. This is not even a complete job at this point? Before they unloaded the remaining of my things, not to mention this is a small one bedroom, and still trying to charge me more. They didn't even assemble back the things they took apart. I have Rumitoid Arthritis and cannot assemble back these large items. Even cracked open a dinning room chair to my table and made multiple scratches as well.Yes the short guy was rude, threatened me when I questioned the price and tried to get clearer answers. I even pulled up the original quote in my emails and he yelled at me again walked away told me to go to the bank and get his cash, and said call the office. I was so shocked he spoke to me like that, and they still didn't honor the original price, the Individual in the office was far more disrespectful, this was a nightmare honestly.These guys literally drove across the parking lot same complex not even one half-block and tried to say they have to charge drive time every half hour. Plus 58 dollars every half hour. When I was quoted over the phone $100 for drive time ONLY.It just didn't add up, very uneducated because it's not that hard to calculate numbers. They were just making up all these fee's all the sudden. I did not receive a "Not To Exceed"form until after I made the cash payment, they were very sneaky. Wasted a whole hour just to keep stopping to tell me to pay them before unloading.

    I had three issues with this company I had discussed the rates, date, pickup location and drop-off with the manager, *****, 3 weeks prior to my move. I checked in with ***** the day before the move to confirm the approx time the movers would arrive and he said sometime between 11am-1pm.It was 1:30pm when I called and they hadn't arrived. After 2 more calls, they finally arrived at 2:30pm. This is unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. To be told as early as 11 and then show up at 2pm is frustrating.The driver then looked at my items and prepared the contract and the rate was much higher than ***** had provided. I asked why and he said driving from the pickup to the drop-off location would be charged DOUBLE rate and the work was going to take much longer.I called *****, the manager, and he said to "work it out" with the driver. Meanwhile the driver was threatening to leave. This was not an option for me, as my lease was ending and I had to be out of the apartment.The approach taken to get me to pay me on the day, when I don't have many options, was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the 2 movers wanted my help to move the items and also questioned why I wanted my mattress to be shrink wrapped. They were unwilling to do anything helpful and were doing the bare minimum to get the job done.I've moved several times but never experienced this level of pettiness.The days following, I repeatedly attempted to resolve the double charge matter with the manager, but he kept saying that's their rule. It's totally fine if it's their rule, but why the OMISSION? Why not tell the potential customer what your ACTUAL rates are? It's bad business practice to MISLEAD the customer and then put them in a bind, when they're not left with options to shop around.Save yourself the headache and skip these guys and find a professional and reliable moving organization that's upfront about their rates and provides predictable service.

    THEY PROMISED 8AM ARRIVAL AND IT IS ALMOST 1PM NO SHOW!!!! They keep saying yes yes contacting drivers, they got into an accident a bunch of lies! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! I see many complaints about this place and they are ALL valid! Horrible business practices. We are thinking of suing for wasting our time, took day of from work , lost pay THIS COMPANY MUST BE SHUTDOWN AND WE WILL MAKE SURE IT HAPPENS!!
