    Do not use this company! They are a SCAM! I paid this company $5K up front when they said they would help me with Timshare Exit. I uploaded my documents, had one email from them, and havent had any updates in years! They will not even answer the phone from the number listed on the website. Do not ever do business with them!

    My father and I had an excellent experience with ***** ********* and Molfetta law. My parents were stuck in a timeshare that they werent able to get out of and the property was going into foreclosure. ***** helped us quickly sign a deed, in lieu of foreclosure with the ********* company that got both of my parents out of the timeshare. These timeshare companies can be a real pain to deal with, and ***** and team helped us fix the problem quickly and professionally. Thank you so much much.

    Molfetta Law performed the task as agreed and got me out of my Timeshare. They were a pleasure to work with. My only recommendation to them is to provide clients with a better outline of the process and to advise them that this could take some time to accomplish.

    ******************************* was handling my request to terminate my contract with Bluegreen Time share in ******* since Feb. 2021 without much success until Feb 2023 when ******* emailed me that he reached a settlement with Bluegreen. He sent me a letter to inform me that he reached a release agreement for the timeshare ownership with Bluegreen. The total cost of the release was $8750.00. There would be no additional funds required to complete the exit of the Timeshare ownership. Per his instructions I sent a wire transfer to his attention at M.R.A. Settlement S.P.A. He stated his letter the proper documents are completed, and when the transfer paperwork is signed, notarized and returned to the title company, I would be fully released of the timeshare interest. He then advised me that a ********************* would. would be handling the necessary closure. I have spoken to ************* numerous times over the past year, and he told me many times that ********* was not cooperating. I contacted the legal **** with ********* last week and they said they received a letter from ******** in Feb 2023 that they no longer were representing me and have not received any contact this past year. I have called *********************** and emailed him requesting him to return my $8750.00 but he refused to respond. I have copies of all the letters and contact's with the Mulfetta Law Firm.

We retained Molfetta Law and although it took several months to complete the process, the process is coming to an end.
