I have tried by email as well as by phone to contact Frank Kucera and Associates with no such luck. My case Manager changed twice without notice or updated phones numbers, I had to figure that out myself. Now the one I currently has the numbers no longer work nor the main number I was given. I got a 888 number that goes to a call center that takes a message and sends it to a case manger 4 calls in and Im still waiting for a call back. I left 2 messages to cancel and still no call back. So today I filled a claim with my bank to help stop payment and possibly get my last payment back. Now I need to figure out how to get the money I paid into a trust for me back.

I decided to use their services several years ago, I was having financial difficulties and needed to consolidate my accounts. We had agreed on an specific amount of time and payments to settle these accounts. I finished with the payments and it took them a little longer than expected to settle with the credit card companies, which I understand happens sometimes. They finally settled on September 2020. I have left several messages and sent several emails requesting the refund of the excess money that is still in my trust fund. Nobody has called me back neither the money has been refunded to me. The amount is almost $1,000.00 ** dollars. Please help me resolve this matter. Im in a different state from where this lawyers are, so I can only rely on the phone number and an email address and unfortunately I havent had any success using these communication routes. It has been almost a year and I understand that covid has made things difficult but I think this is just taking way too long to refund my money and close my account. Thank you and I hope you can help me resolve this situation.

Did debt consolidation and the price changed and could not afford. Now I want refund back and they are giving me the run around

This guy is a ***** and owes a half million dollars in federal taxes with many *****. I will find him and get my money he refuses to give me back if my trust fund!! I will find you!

This law firm was to represent me with my debit consolidation. I was in my program for 14 months and nothing was done on their behalf. No payments or negotiations were made with my creditors. In short he defrauded us out of over $6000.00. I have had to file a complaint with the California State Bar for fraud. I would not recommend my worst enemy to deal with this law firm, He is a crook. Sent us a check for payment which bounced for Non Sufficient Funds. Then a second time claimed they mailed another check and it was returned because they did not have my correct address. Totally a lie my address has not changed during this entire time of dealing with this firm. They are crooks! Rating 0

Was with Thomassen Law Group who later switched me to an associate Frank L Kucera. It’s been over a year since fulfilling agreement and Kucera has not communicated or returned over $6,000.00 in my escrow account. Called office and was told someone would get back to me in reference to a refund, that was over 6 months ago. What must i do to have my money returned?

I have been trying to get some answers from them for over 9 months no one will call back .no accounts are settled and they have my money . I need help.SORRY company do not do business with them. they do not deserve 1 star

The person that answers the phone always tells me someone is coing to call me back but nobody does. I was told that the CSR that used to handle my account is no longer with the company and that she does not know who is in charge now. I am really worry they have been taking my money for the past three years and only two accounts have been settled and now nobody is answering my calls Diana C

This company has been avoiding our calls and emails for over a year. They have our money and will not return it or any messages. This is the most unprofessional place i have ever dealt with. will be filling complaints against them. They do not even deserve a one star rating

zero starts!!! I have tried for three months to get a return phone call and no one will answer e-mails, contact request, leaving messages nothing. Was good when it was Thomessen law firm, But this change has been bad!! Very disappointed in this lawyer. There is no way this company deserves its A rating. These complaints should be reviewed. I believe the company must not if be there anymore
