  Sonic will promise one price and once you give Sonic a deposit, Sonic will double the price. You will not be able to get your deposit back. Sonic honors their contract of non refundable money however they do not honor the quote they gave you. Find another company.

In some cases, the available carrier-confirmed rate may be different from the original estimate if drivers are not accepting the shipment at that rate.Regarding the cancellation fee, our records show that the customer agreed to pay the cancellation fee. The fee was applied according to the signed agreement and the cancellation terms accepted at the time of booking.We regret that your experience with our car transport company left you feeling this way, and your feedback will be reviewed internally.

  REMOVEDto setup delivery of my car in short notice and fair price, other companies doubled my price 2 days before shipment, common scam i hear. But Sonic was very professional, gave me a fair quote, stuck by it, and delivery and pick up was right on time and easy to work with. I have another car to ship and will use again.   The will promise you the moon and double the price, claiming nothing else is available. In the end, they will attempt to charge you $200 four their unfulfilled service. Trust me when I tell you, go elsewhere. Scandalous and very dishonest.

  We had a great experience with Sonic Auto Transportation. After looking at several companies and comparing prices and service, verifying insurance, etc., we scheduled pick up of the car for a Monday and it was delivered 1000 miles away on Wednesday safe and sound! Communication was super easy by text and I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Sonic!

  I had a great experience working with REMOVED. He picked up the phone on the first ring each time I called. He gave me a fair price and got me in touch with the driver withing 4 hours. Car was delivered exactly when promised in the same condition it was picked up. You can't ask for much more. Highly recommended.
