              I used mad hornet to purchase regulator rectifier order was delayed after contacting Them they responded quickly and gave me discount on item for delay on shipping very easy to work with I would definitely order from mad hornet again

              Bought a set of shorty levers. Arrived quickly and as described. I would order again from them. Had concerns with tracking number they responded swiftly and accordingly.

              Wasnt really sure if Mad ****** was a legit site. I made my order and it was on back order. They gave me a discount. If I would wait on the order it actually showed up at my house within the two weeks that they promised it was in great shape I will buy from Matt ****** again.

              I was very pleased when I got the product it was exactly what we needed. Honestly, it did take a little longer than I had hoped for, but I didnt pay for overnight delivery and it was a little difficult getting a response but when I did I was very happy

              The dishwasher part I ordered were delivered in a week with free shipping. The parts were mfg quality and worked fine. The price was about 1/2 of the next competitor. I'll check Mad Hornets out next time I need parts.

              I ordered a laser light and everything was in order. I received the product very quickly (3 days).Upon removing the battery to charge it the spring inside that connects the negative end of the battery fell out. I could not correct the problem so I messaged the company. I received a prompt and courteous reply asking for pics of the issue. I sent the pics and received another prompt reply saying a new laser would be shipped upon proof of a positive BBB review which I had no problem writing. Things happen beyond our control and the issue was just one of those. Mad Hornets have been very professional and prompt and I wouldn't hesitate to do business in the future. Thanks B ******

              This company sold me the wrong parts for my vehicle even after sending them the vin # they told me they were correct for my car, and they are NOT for my cars transmission! I want to send them back and they offered me 10 percent off for something I cant ever use.Email correspondence is like taking to a drunk and probably someone that struggles with English, that its not their first language.Please please, do not by from this company many BBB complaints.One star is way to generous for this company!
