            Unprofessional and unorganized. I tried to reach out to get explanations to the charges on my account, even after team member stated her manager had looked over my account, she states she would have him contact me and I still have not been reached back. I emailed about 3x requiring the charges in my account and to be explained as to why I was charged $22.99 a few days after i was charged $49.99. Spoke to 3 different team members from the Chula Vista branch, emailed and have not been reached back to about the charges in my account. And only 2 were helpful.

            Hello *****, Thank you for your inquiry. We do apologize for any delay in communication. The $49.99 charge you are referring to is your Annual Fee that occurs once per year for all Chuze members. When you signed up, your annual fee was set to be charged 90 days after your start-up date and each year thereafter in order to help ensure a low monthly membership rate. We do apologize if this annual fee was something you were not expecting to see. We aim to make sure all members are aware of their annual fee by going over it with you when you sign up, having you initial for it on the agreement, and by providing you with a copy of the agreement. We also include the annual fee charge on all of our membership pricing literature in hopes that all members and prospective members are properly informed of it. We again apologize for any negative interactions that you mention or lack of communication. We thank you for contacting us, and we wish you all the best in your future fitness endeavors.             Okay so thag charge of m $49.99 is understood, i appreciate you getting back to me about it. What about the $22.99 ? Why was that charge the day after i was charged $49.99 ? I was charged $72.98 within 3 days. Im not sure why I was charged a second time. I not too sure it sound like that I would be charged $22.99 because nobody is explaining to me why I was charged that. I mentioned it in my original Message. With you team members and also emails to the managers. Nobody is replying to me about the $22.99.
