I took my jeep into the service center where I purchased my jeep. I was told it would take two days to accomplish the tasks necessary. I always expect delays, so I called to find out the status of the work that needed to be done because I understand life happens. I left a message at 11:30am, 3pm, and 530pm. In between these voicemails I attempted to connect via chat and made subsequent calls to speak to someone in the service department to no avail. I finally went down to the service center and it is closed with people inside, I knock and I see the service rep. who took my car in. I ask about the status of the work. He tells me that no work has been performed and that he was busy throughout the day. I asked why I was not informed that they would need the vehicle longer, he shrugged with no apology and repeated that he was busy. I was calling in because I understand that things happen and more time is usually needed. But the level of customer service here is horrible. What a horrible experience, I called the manager of the service center to not do any work until I have a better understanding of the timeline. I cannot see how a business that sells and repairs cars can be so bad at managing the experience.
