Ordered from Bed Bath and Beyond without realizing it was a third party. First and last time making an order from bed bath and beyond. After the order they clearly in colored blocks let you know this is a third party and any issues they arent responsible for even though they host the third party. I suspect its due to all the issues with this third party I have now found out about. The item claimed quick delivery the next day. That was a lie and fraud to get my order. Currently if I ordered today the website shows estimated delivery Monday which they know is a lie! My order now says delayed. I called the company directly and they say items take 2 business days to process and at least 3 business days to ship. So they know they are defrauding consumers with bed bath and beyonds help. My order they can not give me an estimate time if or when it will be delivered as its in delayed status and they refuse to guarantee the cancellation of the item! So I sit unable to reorder a product elsewhere. My money has been taken and I have no eta if or when the product I no longer want after seeking what a nightmare this company is and being hung up on, will arrive. I ordered a Bellevue 8x10 rug in gold The rug I received is country blue, Hunter Green and mauve. I did not know this was from a third-party vendor and not bed Bath beyond. I started the return process and was met with the response email that began with this - "Case #********: How the item is not as gold at all?"Unacceptable. I purchased BELLEZE Brixston Sideboard Buffet Cabinet with Storage from Bed Bath and Beyond's website on Feb 18, 2024, and the package was delivered on Feb 21, 2024. On Feb 21 I was informed that the package was delivered to an address I do not live at, nor did I provide. I contacted Bed Bath and Beyond and spoke with a Lutendo Case #******** who said that Bed Bath and Beyond did not sell the produce and they can not do anything to help, even though my credit card statement shows Bed Bath and Beyond as the merchant. I called OneBigOutlet at the phone number: ************** and spoke with "*******" who said they would arrange for ***** to pick up the package from the wrong address and have a new product sent directly to my correct address. Now through Bed Bath and Beyond's email system and under a new claim number (********) they, OneBigOutlet, are claiming that they won't pick up the package and they won't do anything to help rectify this situation. Their policy on Bed Bath and Beyond's website states they will "if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns." I am asking that they honor their return policy, the agreement we made over the phone on Feb 21, 2024 at 2:15pm and pick up the package from the wrong location and either refund me or ship me the product to the correct address.Business Response

I purchased a Belleze cabinet from Bed, ************* on Jan 10, **** for a total of $285.51. When I received the cabinet on Jan 12, ****, I immediately noticed that it looked cheap (obviously, it didn't go with my decor). I reached out to Bed, ************* on the same day (1/12) about returning the cabinet. They opened a case (#********) and claimed they'd have to talk to the marketplace seller. On the following day (1/13), I received a response from the marketplace seller offering me $96 to return it. When I refused, they said I'd have to return at my own expense. On BB&B's website, it clearly states free 30 day returns/exchanges.Business Response

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns.
As a result, because you are not satisfied with the quality of the item, you are responsible to pay to return ship the item back for a full refund. As a one time courtesy, I will make this an acceptation for you and waive that return to issue you a full refund. Please note for future purchases you will have to return the item back to us for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the quality of the item.

placed an order, money was taken from my account. after not getting any kind of delivery notice, I called the company that I placed the order with. onebigoutlet. I was met with a lady who told me there was no order in the system and that there was nothing she can do. I told her I already paid, I have an order number, and the order is in front of my face. she hung up on me. I called back. she hung up on me again. Clearly theyre either dealing with fraud or so incompetent and rude that they dont know what to do, so hanging up is all they can muster up the courage to do. I originally placed a complaint on the bbb website with online merchant (Kidzone toys) with no response from any rep at Kidzone to the bbb. I researched and found onebigoutlet owns the company. I purchased a kids ride-on car on 11/26/2022 as a Christmas present. I started putting the item together on 12/23/2022 and noticed that the item had been scratched and dinged; I contacted the Kidzone toys customer service line and reported the issue. The rep told me that they would follow back up with me through email, and they asked me to provide pictures of the damaged item. I submitted the photos and continued with the installation; as I was continuing the installation, I noticed that incorrect items were provided in the packages, and I couldn't complete the installation. I contacted Kidzone a second time to report the issue and asked if I could simply be sent a new car and return the damaged one and missing parts. I was told again that I needed to submit pictures through email. I submitted the pictures through email, like they requested. The Christmas present for my child, that I spent over $400 on has not been resolved. I left a review, and no one has attempted to contact me. I purchased a Della dehumifyer off of Amazon a little over a year ago. About two weeks ago, ice began to build up where the filter was.
I called Amazon, who directed me to the seller, One Big Outlet, to get assistance. I contacted One Big Outlet, who advised me that the ice build up was due to a manufacturer default. They went on to say it was not my (consumers) fault, and there was no way to repair the unit. They further stated they would not provide a refund or a replacement for thier defective product since it was outside of the one year warranty.
I intially called 9-19-22. They intially stated they would call me back within 12-24 hours, however, I did not get a call back until 9-23-22.
I requested to speak with a manager, at which time I was told and I quote, "We have no managers here." After some proding, I was told there are managers, however, they did not know when they would be in the office. Furthermore, there was no direct email for phone for manager and they could not call me back. I proceeded to call EIGHT times requesting to speak with a manager, being told my concerns were passed on and a manager refused to speak with me.
The fact One Big Outlet calls themselves a legitimate business is laughable. They did not assist and did not back their own item after it was defective. It was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had and I would not reccomend them to anyone.

The manufacture warranty only offers a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery for any factory defects. We guided you to measure your filter size to purchase it locally and replace the filter. One Big Outlet stated they guided me on how to measure the filter and purchase it locally. That is 100% false. One Big Outlet told me the ice build up where the filter was located was due to a internal issue caused my a manufacturer default and there was no way to repair it.
I quote their customer service, "Our supervisor does not want to talk to you since they would say the same thing. I would stop calling if I were you." That was their response when I asked them to put themselves in my shoes.
