Date Of Order - 2023-11-15 Amount: $604 ************ has ceased all communication after offering a refund and not providing it. They also violated their stated return policy by ignoring emails requesting a necessary return approval. They do not allow returns unless they approve it but they ignore emails when requesting the return.Initial Complaint

I purchased a kit from VIVOSUN. The shippers had damaged some boxes and items.VIVOSUN also sent me a wrong part for the kit.We were communicating by email over many weeks trying to resolve this, then VIVOSUN stopped responding.It has been 1 week since their last response.So I called VIVOSUN and someone assured me I would get an email response within 24 hours, but they did not.It has been nearly 1 month now since I received my order, but I cant use the kit because VIVOSUN sent the wrong exhaust fan. I paid for a 6 fan but they sent me a 4 fan. It is incompatible with the rest of the parts.I need VIVOSUN to send me the fan that I ordered and paid for well over a month ago.Thank you,*******************Initial Complaint

purchase 12/17/21 -amount ****** One year after purchase, a component stopped working, the LED light. The company was contacted and asked for information about the defective item, which was sent. Now the company claims they never received info and refuses to offer assistance over the phone, continuously directing me to file my grievance by email. The warranty department does not answer back. I've spent hours on the phone in attempts to contact a person instead of a voice automated system and am weary of jumping through their hoops. This purchase was a medical decision to provide myself with medical cannabis as I fight cancer. With the component no longer working, I'm unable to continue to grow my own pain relief. Ordered on October 6, 2021 Order# ***-0350540-3826606 2 Items Total I am writing to inform you of a serious issue that occurred with the aquarium heaters I purchased from VIVOSUN made by VIVOSUN through amazon.com. On February 21, 2023, the heater malfunctioned and caused the temperature in my aquarium to rise rapidly, resulting in the death of all my fish. As you are aware, the purpose of an aquarium heater is to regulate the temperature of the water and maintain a safe and healthy environment for fish to thrive. However, the faulty product sold to me did the opposite and caused irreparable damage.This incident has not only resulted in the loss of my beloved pets, but it has also caused emotional distress and financial loss. I demand that VIVOSUN and its manufacturer(s) take full responsibility for the faulty products and compensate me for the damages incurred, including the cost of the fish and any necessary cleaning or maintenance to the aquarium.I expect a prompt response from VIVOSUN and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. If necessary, I am prepared to take legal action and escalate this issue to the appropriate authorities. I mean business and will not rest until this matter is resolved, The attached supporting documents are of my aquarium with the heater submerged on the right hand side,image of the thermometer reading at the time of finding dead fish, image of dead fish from said aquarium.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 products that were supposed to work together through an app. The components never would connect or worrk correctly. I requested support which I only received after multiple calls. In addition, I'm still not sure if I have the correct components because different people there told me I need different things. After much grief and waiting over and over for support, they say it's too late to return it. Still can't get any help. I wsnt to return the products for a full reefund and I don't think I should have to pay return s/h since it never worked.Initial Complaint

My order number for the order was ******************* I ordered a grow tent for plants online. Their website is a little misleading. Once I clicked on the tent icon that I wanted to order, the next screen was a picture of the tent I wanted. I can't recall seeing a tent selection for customers to click on. Apparently I did not click on the right tent size. The tent size I needed was a 60x60x80 but they sent me a 30x18x36. Granted that is what I ordered but not what I wanted. I ordered the wrong tent. They refuse to pay for the cost to ship it back. The cost to ship it back is $62.65. Their policy is, customers have 7 days to send free return. How was I suppose to make that deadline if they shipped it to me on July 12 and I received it on July 19. I want my $62.65 back for shipping and I want a refund for the tent I'm unable to use. The price of the tent before a discount was $79.99. They also need to give customers more time to handle product. It takes a week plus for product to get to the customer, thus making their 7 day return policy impossible for customers benefit. How are we suppose to return it within 7 days if it takes 7 plus days to get to us??? Please help me get my money back and resolve this disaster.Initial Complaint

Vivosun websites show inaccurate website descriptions. Items you are under the impression of ordering are not of that. Company send random equipment to you regardless of what was ordered. Upon contacting the business I was told sorry no refunds or exchanges. Company has stopped responding to my emails and has blocked me on all social media platforms to make it harder to contact the company. I ordered a "upgraded tent" and received old used equipment. Box was open when receiving products hanging out of the box. The company asked me to open the product to verify serial number inside the tent and now says the product is open and will not exchange.Initial Complaint

Ordered a water pump at official site vivosun.com and Got an email conformation from VIVOSUN <********************> to ******************** on Sat, Jul 10 at 1:46 AM. Received pump with defect so I sent to emails with picture and a video, no reply. I called 4 days later to XXX-XXX-XXXX, the rep. told me I should get response the same day ( July 19th )or no later next day. No email or call from the company so far. Dont know what kind of business this one is.
