      I purchased a set of headlight and taillights back on September 13,2021 and in the listing it showed 3 day shipping in green letters, when checking the tracking number I was for fedex to track package it shows that has not been pick up by carrier and that shipping label was only created on September 14,2021. I try to speak with the seller and ebay about the matter and they donot want to help I have to wait 7 daya for ebay to set in to a refund

The order was placed 09/13/2021 and we shipped the package the very next day from our California warehouse which normally will only take 2-3 business days to deliver to a shipping location in California however the carrier delayed the order. We offered a $15 partial refund for the delay but the customer refused the offer. The order however confirmed delivered 09/24/2021 based on FedEx tracking # ************.

      97-01 Honda Prelude Non-Sh H22A44-2-1 Stainless Racing Manifold Header Exhaust + High Flow Test Pipe. This exact part I ordered didn't fit my 1998 Honda prelude when I installed it. I would like if you can fix this issue thank you.

      My parents ordered me a 6.5FT bed aluminum frame trifold hard tonneau cover for Christmas after it arrived damaged 3 times and we tried to reach out again to resolve this issue the company refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, issue return, or issue and exchange. My dad tried to fix it but it is still broken into multiple pieces and parts were missing. I've called and reached out to the company but sit on hold for 3 hours before the call is disconnected. The only solution offered in the beginning was a 5 dollar refund on a 400 dollar product. At this point I have exhausted all my options for having a resolution met with the company and may be forced to take legal action.

Waiting on hold till their answering service disconnected the call. As well as sending emails with no response. The one time I was able to speak to someone, I was away for 2 weeks and the only resolution they offered was a 5 dollar credit. The product came damaged. It did not break due to use. Our customers would simply request a return on eBay within 30 days from the purchase date and we provide prepaid return labels to return the order back to us for a refund if needed. However you may waited to long and the return period for you order has already expired. Feel free to contact eBay customer service if needed and they'll explain to you the return policy listed on our eBay listing page which customers agree to by purchasing the parts on eBay. Lack of costumer service representatives resulted in an inability to make contact within the 30 day period on a faulty product.
