    I cant get the issues resolved. Technical support is in ***** and they dont respond in a timely manner to resolve anything. Havent printed anything because of the issue. Which has been more than 6 months.

    I got a Creality Ender 3 S1 for Christmas. I had problems from day 1 and just figured the trouble was due to my ignorance. Turns out it wasn't.I finally came to the conclusion that I needed to replace the entire print head. I purchased one and it printed for a week and a half straight with no problem. I contacted them thru e-mail and instantly it was assumed to be my fault. Since I had already been thru extensive troubleshooting and more than they were asking for they finally consented to sending me a new head after offering stupid replacement stuff like discount filament. weeks later, nothing. I contacted them again and after a few days they replied that my emails were in their trash and they were sorry. They consented to re-sending the order and granting me a monetary pittance for my trouble.Well ok, complete your warranty claim. 3 weeks more go by with nothing showing up.Now when I try to contact them I can't even get a response.I hope this business has more poor reviews and lose income at least. Their warranty is nothing more than words on paper and lip service.

    If you need any help getting a replacement part because they shipped you a damage item and they do not accept returns. Or any help trying to track your product? Because it said return to shipper for some apparent reason. They will not help you. You will be dragged around. Through email and text messages and good. Luck trying to call them because they. We'll never answer your calls. All of their products are the worse and they all are broken or have a mount function. And they won't let you return a product that you just bought. Because they shipped it to you damaged and all they do is send you replacement parts and you still can't get a $1000 item to work. So ********************** there. Actually go to a good 3D printer company that will help you out and actually let you call them instead of just hundreds and hundreds of emails.

    If you need zero and I mean zero technical support, the K1 might be a good printer to purchase. You will have to change the hot end. Its terrible. I replaced mine with the micro-Swiss. After countless chat sessions online (that and email are your ************), they finally sent me a replacement hot end, but I already replaced the bad one.Mine was a gift, for which I am very grateful. A product thats very similar in terms of performance is the Bamb X-1. I cant believe anyones customer service could be as bad as ***********************. After expressing my views in a survey they sent me, they sent me a 50% discount on any filament. Guess what. Its not a 50% discount. They charge you more. Here is what they sent me.Hi,Sorry for the mistake.What the advertising department advertised and what they actually preached is not a bit responsible.We can reimburse the missing part of the discount after you place the order successfully.Best regards,****** a chance in you know where Ill be purchasing anything from them again.

    Creality should not be in business. They do not stand behind their product. They do not have any good customer service.I wish I could give them a 0. I bought a printer directly from them. It is broken and Ive contacted customer service and done the troubleshooting a bunch of times and they keep wanting me to send them videos of it not working. And now they will not email me back. Im stuck with a machine that doesnt work and out of pocket the money.I can see Im not the only one having these issues.

    I'm beyond irate with this company. I purchased TWO Ender 3, 3d printers for Christmas for my 10 year olds. One of the printers turns on but only gives us a blue screen. You can't do anything with it. The second printer only turns on when it wants to. I've tried several times to speak with someone regarding my issues and apparently I cannot talk to a person. I've chatted with agents online and they haven't helped me at all. They just tell me that there is no supervisor or manager I can speak with. It's seriously insane. They should be shut down period! No customer service no help nothing... Just spend your money on c*** that doesn't work...

    Creality refuses to give information ON OEM PART- the Vat Seal on the Halot One they ALSO refused to help with any information one a machine They Built and OR PUT THEIR NAME ON AND SOLD I tried there online Tech-support and received only a cold AND Rude answer of THEM WANTING Proof of my ORDER IT WAS A GIFT I WAS GIVEN FOR MY BIRTHDAY I DID NOT RECEIVE The Receipt WITH MY GIFT. Well I guess its SAFE to SAY WHEN I DO ORDER A LARGER MORE $$$$$$ RESIN PRINTER IT WILL NOT BE ONE OF THEIRS.

    Will not honor return policy, it has been 3 days since i last received an reply regarding my request for a return. they asked me for video i declined as that is not a mandatory part of the return process, they have since stopped messaging me i will now be filing a charge back with my bank, a 800 dollar 50-pound paper weight.

    on Sept 20, 2023 I responded to an early bird offer of 16% off the Ferret Pro 3D scanner, The amount is $359 USD and the discount would be $57.44 USD. I signed up as a first-time customer and made the purchase ***NOTE*** My credit card was charged instantly before the product shipped. When I looked closer at the discount applied (after the purchase) II only received an 8% discount, not 16%. I contacted customer support in email, and at first I was told that I could not combine discounts, AND that the 16% discount was no longer valid, the transaction was closed... I persisted and was told that their system made a mistake, and they offered me $10 CAD (why not USD)? Which is about $20 shy of the remaining promised discount. Fixing the transaction would have been a lot less expensive for them than the time their customer support person wrote a half-dozen emails, and not to mention how much potential trouble of false advertising using the bait-and-switch tactic, and charging my Credit Card before the item actually ships. All could be avoided by better customer service.

    Purchased a resin printer from microcenter, it has broken within a month and they will not fix or replace it. terrible customer service.
