  Unsatisfactory Experience with MedicalMex LLC - Stem Cell Therapy Coordination We strongly advise against using MedicalMex LLC for medical tourism based on our deeply disappointing experience with their stem cell therapy coordination for my husbands back treatment.Communication and Planning Issues:Initially, communication seemed satisfactory. However, it deteriorated significantly after payment. The provided itinerary contained numerous errors, and transportation coordination was chaotic. We received minimal pre-procedure information, despite frequent requests, raising concerns about their professionalism. ****, our contact there, seemed frazzled and annoyed, always saying how much work she had to do and didn't have time to talk to us in detail. Day of Treatment Complications On the treatment day, we encountered several problems:1.The assigned driver refused to transport us, falsely claiming our luggage was ************ Permanent Residents of ******, we are allowed, like any tourist, to bring non-commercial goods into the country if declared.3.The driver misrepresented the situation to the company without inspecting our luggage, which we would have permitted.Cancellation and Financial Impact These issues led to last-minute changes and additional expenses. MedicalMex LLC then abruptly canceled the entire treatment without explanation, leaving my husband waiting after a 24-hour fast and needing to alter our plans significantly, forfeiting hotel expenses, etc. While they eventually refunded the treatment cost, we incurred substantial losses in travel expenses.Conclusion The disorganization and poor communication exhibited by MedicalMex LLC suggest potential risks in their medical services. We recommend thoroughly researching alternatives for safer and more reliable medical tourism options. Patients should be cautious when considering treatments abroad, as there have been reports of infections & other complications from such procedures in ******.

  Dear Mrs. ********* value all feedback when it is truthful, as it helps us continually improve our services. However, we would like to clarify the correct reason for the cancellation of ******************* so that future readers can make an informed and fair judgment.Our company is fully committed to adhering to **-Mexico border regulations and ensuring the safety of our patients, staff, and drivers. As clearly stated in our terms and conditions, our transportation service is exclusively for patients and their personal travel belongings. We are not an import-export service and cannot transport unverified commercial goods across international borders.During Mr. ******* scheduled pickup in *********, **, for transportation to *******, ******, he was carrying approximately eight large duffel bags (pictures available), which contained metal objects. Following standard procedure, our driver, Martn, asked about the contents. Mr. ****** informed him that they were boat parts intended for commercial purposes, as he was traveling to *******, *******, after his treatment. However, when advised that such items must be declared and verified by customs for legal and safety reasons, he refused to comply.During this conversation, Mr. ****** became upset, raised his voice, and used strong, inappropriate language toward the driver. He then attempted to persuade Martn to proceed without following the proper legal procedures for declaring the items, stating that he had done this many times before.Due to the seriousness of this situation and in consideration of the safety of our drivers, staff, and the legal implications, we made the decision to politely cancel the service when it became clear that he was unwilling to allow us to declare and verify the contents. To ensure fairness, we promptly issued a full refund and informed you of the cancellation immediately.We stand firmly by our decision to comply with all legal and safety regulations regarding international travel.Sincerely,MedicalMex Management

  My personal experience was delightful. The team members and ********* were professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and considerate of me as a new patient. I was extremely excited to go through the procedure and I can honestly say its the best choice I could have made. My surgery was easy and painless. The different phases of food were clear and helpful. I had surgery about a month ago and I am thrilled to see how much I have changed in such a small amount of time. MedicalMex is the way to go. The coordinator was well organized and made the trip and stay in ******* so smooth. The staff kept everything very clean. The nurses were attentive and consistent with checkups. My gratitude for MedicalMex is beyond words.

  Wonderful! I decided to come to ****** from ** for Gastric Sleeve Surgery because it is so much cheaper than **. But what I got was so much more than a cheaper deal. I have had a fulfilling and rich life experience by coming to beautiful ****** and the beautiful people that have been so good to me. I am safe and well cared for and grateful. ******************** is a wonderful guy, easy to chat to and his whole team is excellent. Right from my first correspondence with ********, to my coordinator ****** and the whole nursing staff are incredible.Thank you Medical Mex!

  MedicalMex did a great job coordinating the pick up and drop off from *********. Our driver, *****, picked us up at the ********* rental car facility. He loaded our luggage and helped us in his nice, clean car. He was very nice and showed us some things of interest on our way to the clinic. The whole ride in, the streets were clean. We felt safe. When we arrived at the *******************, he parked right out front while we waited for our surgery coordinator, ******. She literally welcomed us with open arms. Her intoxicating personality shined. She took us into the medical building , straight to the clinic and to my room. Later, she would ****** my spouse to the hotel, which is the second tower, and get him situated with a room while I was having my surgery. Almost everyone spoke English in the clinic. ********************* ****** is awesome and has a great bed side manner. He and his whole staff took amazingly good care of me and my husband, who was by my side for moral support. I had the gastric sleeve done. I'm 5 weeks post op, and the only discomfort I ever had was the gas, which is not unbearable at all. The all-inclusive charge includes 2 nights in the clinic and 1 night at the hotel. All my liquid meals and medications were included. When I was discharged from their care, they provided a month's worth of post-op medications. We were picked up right at the hotel doors by ****** who took us safely back to the ********* airport. We were able to get back over the boarder in the "express" lane. I can't say enough how safe we felt and what great medical care I received. I know they don't only do bariatric surgery. Check them all out for your surgical needs.FYI, I had the gastric sleeve and my gall bladder removed. Zero pain, zero issues.

  I had a very positive experience with MedicalMex. The team is so professional and friendly I like I was being taken care of by family. Dr. ******************* did a great job with the Gastric Sleeve surgery. Im happy that I chose MedicalMex to start my journey towards a better healthier future.

  Such wonderful caring people with my health only on their mind. There was someone with me at all times, because they care. I will and have referred my good friends only to MedicalMex. If there is any other changes I wish to make in my life, one call to MedicalMex! Always kept me informed on how I was doing and how well the surgery went ??

  I had a very good experience with this medical hospital.From the beginning ******** was very informative and was always keeping me updated on when and what time my surgery will be done.He discussed all the aspects from the beginning to the end, and was very clear on the procedures and the cost of the surgery. He was very professional and gave excellent seamless customer service.The entire staff of the medical facility was very professional and helpful.
