      I am currently trying to get ahold of HR at firestorm Wildland fire suppression inc. I am requesting all of my certifications and documentation that the company has access to and is legally required to give to me. I understand that as I am requesting it I need to pay for the service. I have made attempts calling and emailing them to no avail. All I would like is to have my fire folder sent to my email.

      I have attempted to reach *************** at firestorm wildland fire suppression *** for the past year and half in order to obtain my fire folder. A fire folder would contain all of my certifications that I achieved through firestorm. I am currently getting back into wildland fire work this year. The companies I have applied to need my certifications from firestorm. I have even emailed firestorms HR department to have them send said folder over to the hiring company. However all of my attempts have been feeble at best. Im have left voicemail after voicemail to HR at firestorm with no answer thus far. Im just a fire fighter trying to get back to work. I have found in the past with prior work peers with firestorm that they will not give up their fire fighters records easily. I also understand that this is against the law.

      April 20 2024 paid ****** Paid for refresher course with the Understanding of still being certified and just needed a refresher course. Passed course then called the office multiple times to see when I can start working was told to wait. Called one last time then was told I wasn't certified, I was never told this during any of my previous called to the company nor was I told this before paying for the refresher course even though they can pull up my file. Was told I was not certified and person in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional when asked for a refund due to company not advising me my certification was no longer valid information they had access to before class was paid for. The person in the office proceeded to hang up in my face when I told them I was certified.
