  I booked a male entertainer for my best friends bachelorette party. I chose this company because of the service options they declared to provide. I spoke to multiple people within the company (an assistant, booking manager, and CEO) before booking the service. I was told a 30 minute session includes 1 - 2 dances and games for the party to fill the 30 minutes. I paid $225 for this service, plus over $100 in tips. First, communication was poor, the entertainer did not show up at the booked time, etc. Second, the entertainer was just fine - however, after he was done he asked for an additional $225 dollars for the games. I told him I wasnt aware of this charge and that this should have been included in the original $225 already paid. He claimed it was not. I was naive and thought I will deal with this later considering we were late for other events considering he shows up 8 hours behind schedule. So, I paid the additional $225. The next day, when I contacted the company to discuss this charge - they continuously said they never told me games were included in the 30 minutes. When I first reached out the reply I got was thats not my fault. I never asserted blame, just wanted to talk to someone about lack of transparency in billing and that I was quite unhappy that I paid over $600 for a 30 minute service - double what I was told. Finally, I was put on the phone with the booking agent and she basically called me stupid, I told her the lack of transparency in their billing (this isnt mentioned on the website, nor do the employees tell you this when you call.in fact they tell you the exact opposite), & I was really unhappy with the customer service I received. Unfortunately the website encourages calling to book so the majority of my conversations (like games are included) over the phone. She basically laughed me off the phone & said they wouldnt even consider a refund of any sort. Overall, I just feel stupid for trusting this business to be honest & upfront.
