    I am not contracted with this company, my debt is with ******************* and I have been trying to figure out how to pay them directly. I have been contacted by 2 different collection agencies, with no contract. I want to pay in full.

    As we responded to this consumer's  CFPB complained we will repeat here:

    This consumer has never communicated with us in the past and we have never received a dispute or request for validation of the debt.

    We will obtain verification of this debt from the creditor and sent to the consumer according to the address information that they have provided.

    The *************************** global does show this debt is valid. They state the student owes the portion of a federal Pell ***** that was reversed because the student didn't receive academic credit during the period of time it was received for. We sent the consumer a copy of their financial responsibility agreement. A statement of their account. A financial aid letter and a copy of the collection letter sent to the student on March 25th,2025, one day after the consumer requested it.

    This consumer has never spoken with us nor has this consumer ever made a request for verification of a debt.
    This step was closed in our office has efforts exhausted on August 8. We have notified the credit reporting agencies to delete any credit reporting we have submitted.

    This business is claiming I have $250 in student loans with them. I have never taken out student loans in my life and Im not even in college. This has now impacted my credit report and I am furious.

    I am writing to formally dispute a debt recently reported under my name by Second Alliance Inc. to the credit reporting agencies *******, ********, and **********. I do not recognize this debt and have no knowledge of any such obligation.Furthermore, I have confirmed that Second Alliance Inc. does not hold a valid license to collect debts in the State of Illinois, which is a serious violation of applicable state laws.I hereby formally and firmly request that all negative remarks related to this unrecognized debt be immediately removed from my credit report.
