    We are not reporting $4,984.00 as the complaint reads. We are reporting $3,330.00 and have verified this with the creditor and have mailed evidence of this claim to the consumer.

    The consumer has acknowledged this debt and has made payment. We do not need a contract with the consumer to report this debt. The consumer states account went delinquent due illness which is not a reason for a credit report removal.

    We spoke with this consumer on 12/13/2023. She claimed she enrolled in classes at ******************* but then dropped out. The creditor shows there was a balance owed after their refund policy. We mailed evidence of the debt  on 01/09/2024. 

    On 02/28/2028 she considered a compromise offered by ********************

    She has disputed this debt through the credit reporting agencies claiming 'not mine' and 'fraud' even though she agree she was the person that signed up with the school.

    We did send her proof of the debt and a contract between her and Second Alliance is not required for ******************* to send their delinquent accounts here for collections.

    Her debt is valid and still owing.

    This consumer is liable to ********************. This consumer has acknowledged this debt with us on two occasions. ************ is allowed to contract with Second Alliance to refer delinquent accounts to without a need for a contract between Second Alliance and the consumer.     I believe ************************* is confusing Second Alliance with another company. We do not represent ******* Communications. We have never spoken with or received any communications from **************************

    This collection agency have violated:15 USC 1692C(A) - Communication without consent from consumer 15 USC **** - Inaccurate information/no consumer consent I have the right to be treated by a collection agency with dignity and respect. I would like for this report to be removed from my credit report.

    With regard to the complaint alleging a violation of ****, consent, we have not communicated information about this debt to anyone other than the consumer. We have only communicated once with this consumer but that call was immediately terminated by the consumer. We do not have on file a request to not communicate with the consumer. With regard to any credit reporting we will report to the CRA's the consumers dispute and conduct a reasonable investigation.
