    I am appalled at the commonality of the complaints against All Valley Appliance. A five minute visit. ALL VALLEY APPLIANCE was the repair company sent by my appliance warranty company - ********************. Without even checking the washing machine, and even saying he had no access to the unit, he told the appliance warranty company that the reason it was broken was overloading, and using that excuse they denied the claim. This is a 2 year old minimally used ******* washer. He had no way of knowing if the malfunction was due to a faulty or defective bearing or another faulty part that ultimately resulted in the malfunction. Called and spoke to ***** at company who rudely dismissed my concern when I requested the tech give me his rationale of how he could tell me the cause without even checking under the hood. Not disputing his diagnosis - possibly accurate - but deciding the causation WITHOUT any basis is completely unprofessional and served to have the appliance insurance to deny the claim. Unfortunately the insurance company bases their decisions on a techs mere opinion without basis or justification. Now their recommendation is for me to get a second possibly equally shady repair company to check and diagnose. It will squeeze another $125 copay with no oversight or a means of challenging an opinion. You are at their mercy. I would highly caution anyone to work with ALL VALLEY APPLIANCE.

    One word describes this company. GARBAGE. They are the definition of unprofessional. I was forced to work with them because of my home warranty company, but it was the worst experience I've had with a contractor. It took over a month to get my dryer fixed because they refuse to do any real work. They will pull every excuse in the book to do their job and the technicians they send have no clue what "customer service" means. They don't even speak basic English. You will have an easier time communicating with a camel than getting this inept people to understand. Stay away from this company. AVOID AT ALL COST.

    Unfortunately, AHS they set me up with this horrible company.They are the absolute worst company and worst customer service. The lady that answers the phone is rude then man they sent out ******* was so incompetent that it was infuriating.They set up the appointment for a week out since they were booked on the weekend to find out they don't even work on those days. My scheduled time was 2-6. That same morning I called the confirm that time as I was at work and needed to leave to be home for this The lady confirmed the time between 2 and 6 PM at 11:15 ******* called and said I need to be home within the next 10 minutes because he is done with the rest of his clients that he did before mine I let him know that wasn't gonna work and he argued with me and asked if there was anyone else that could be there because he's already done with his other clients and I'm the next one on the list I let him know that there is no one else and he will have to come at the original scheduled time of 2 to 6 PM When I got to my house he was already there waiting and was very upset came into my house I showed him where the dryer was and as a stranger in someone else's house you would want to watch them do the work so you can understand what they are doing. Instead he yelled at me and told me you don't need to watch me I feel too much pressure with your eyes go away I called my husband as he was at work and when my husband arrived he said to ******* to get out of my house since he disrespected me He quickly changed his story saying he never did that. I already told her the diagnosis I need a pully wheel and a belt I'll have to order it Come to find out they have 24 hours to give a diagnosis to AHS and they didn't want to He then reported to AHS that my dryer was fine just needed to be cleaned out from the overflow of lint beware of this company as they seem to only like to commit insurance fraud I will be reporting to BBB.

    **Review for All Valley Appliances Heating & A/C, *** Appliance repair serviceAir conditioning service ***************************************** I am absolutely appalled and incensed by the deplorable service I received from All Valley Appliances Heating & A/C. Having sought their expertise when my dishwasher began leaking, I expected professionalism and competence. Instead, I was met with nothing short of deceit and gross negligence.The first technician who showed up did a half-hearted job by merely clearing the drain, assuring me with false confidence that the problem was resolved. Imagine my fury when, right after his departure, the dishwasher betrayed his empty promises by leaking profusely from both sides during a full cycle.When I gave them a second chance to make things right, another technician diagnosed a faulty gasket, promising a replacement. However, what followed was a slap in the face! I received an incredulous email from my home warranty company, accusing *me* of causing "physical damage" to my unit. This blatant attempt to scapegoat me and shift the blame is not just dishonest, but downright disgraceful!To add insult to injury, I made a startling discovery after the initial "repair." Small fragments of rubber and foam were floating inside the dishwasher, suggesting a shoddy repair job or worse, intentional sabotage. How does a reputable company allow such egregious oversight? It raises grave concerns about the integrity and motives of [Company Name].To anyone considering using All Valley Appliances Heating & A/C: BEWARE. Their service is riddled with deception, incompetence, and a blatant disregard for customer trust. I am more than just disappointed; I am livid at the audacity of this company. Entrusting them with access to my home was a grave mistake, one that I vehemently urge others not to repeat.

    ZERO STARS!!!! WORSE THAN ZERO STARS!!!Save yourself the time and headache and JUST NO!!! Unprofessional, check Rude, Check Lies to insurance company or you, or both, Check My oven door does not open. We just bought this house and have the home warrenty. I called them to get a repair started and they sent All Valley. The tech came out to my house, spent 5 minutes looking at the door by opening it and closing it, informed me that the hinges need to be replaced and he will order them and be in touch. Ok great thank you so much I appreciate. One month later I follow up with the home warrenty bc geting ahold of them is near impossible. The home warrenty tells me they will reach out and find out what the deal is. The next day I get a call that it is not covered bc the wear and tear of a 17 yr old oven is not normal wear and tear, but excessive force. I'm sorry what??? Since when?? All valley submitted a report, the day after I called the home warrenty company to follow up, that they believe my 17 year old oven was used and abused there for will not be covered by the home warrenty. Currently fighting for a second opinion because these "professionals" know what they're doing after looking at a door for five minutes. So quick recap: told me they'd order the part and woud schedule repair when part showed up Never ordered part Didn't submit report to company until I called to follow up Claimed they believe it is because of excessive force - even though they told me no problem new hinges and we will fix it Claim denied... But they got paid so that's great.
