    I can't say enough about Goldco and ****** *******. He explained the process to me in a personable, knowledgable and courteous manner. He answered all my questions for this novice metal investor. I know i can call anytime and he always takes my calls. I sleep at night knowing Goldco is handling my investment.     ******* *. made all the initial correspondence, with follow *** with ****** H. These guys are very professional and this is the second time in less than a year I've trusted them. Everything they tell me on the phone is backed up with emails and letters shortly thereafter. I will not consider any other company for metals purchases, or sales at later dates.

    I am trying to liquidate precious metals assets that are under custody of a Third Party (Equity Trust) I have signed the necessary docusign paperwork, I was given a firm price for each of my coins (bought by GoldCo 3 years ago) under custody in Equity Trust vaults. I have fulfilled all requirements by ************ to ship the specific assets to Goldco for liquidation. ****** is waiting on a shipping label from Goldco to ship for liquidation at the price promised 10 days ago. Even though they know the total coins and denominations (1/2 oz. 2 oz. ect.), and the total value of the shipment, no such label has been sent. The weight and insurance value should be known. I am in financial need for the funds, and have made it clear to both parties that I need this order expedited. Equity Trust cannot ship until they have a shipping label from Goldco. I have tried for several days to reach my representative at Goldco (***** *********) and he has not accepted or returned my calls. It makes me wonder if they do not have buyers willing to pay the promised price for the coins. In addition, I have been told several time lines for the process from initiation of paperwork to ACH submission to my bank account - everything from 7-10 days, to several weeks, to now several months.The precious metals companies need to tighten up their liquidation processes since they compete with cryptocurrencies which can be sold on exchanges or on a personal wallet in mere minutes! Stocks can be sold on exchanges and funds can be sent and received in ***** hours. This poor service will destroy the precious metals vendors that advertise themselves as safe alternatives.

    From the time I started chatting with an agent online to my placing an order was about a week. During this time, my rep * who was the person I was actually chatting with on the website * was exceptional. He answered all my questions and prepared my account for setup. This was extremely simple. A few days later I wire funds into my account and later that same day I placed my first order. ********! I very much recommend Goldco.
