  Reviews for PC and REMOVEDI assumed {prior to dealing REMOVED..(PC from here on) and REMOVED..(AC from here on)} that there were the possibility of undesireable companies and people out there in metals investing. What a deep and vast well of knowledge, experience and advice these two genuine people possess! As a youngster I,d buy/swap for a roll of dimes at the bank and search for silver 10-cent pcs., or as an adult I'd collect the gold colored $1 coins occasionally you might find at a bank or even in circulation. That's my previous extent of metals investment no LOL, that's the truth!! PC(REMOVED) is 'the point of contact' and AC(REMOVED)is 'the processor' did not in the slightest way take advantage of my "ignorance" nor did they make me feel inadequate of knowledge or "stupid"!!! They took all the time I needed to learn to the point of being confident to pull the trigger and purchase a small (relatively speaking) but substantial amount of gold and silver coin mixture. I rolled my entire REMOVEDfrom stocks and bonds into gold and silver 'metals' REMOVEDNo worries; no remorse!!; in fact I could actually explain facets of the metals marketplace, causes and effects of overall asset growth and declines..., 3 types of metal classes, and why sometimes gold growth outpaces silver and vice versa. What if I have an emergency and need to cash out all or part of my investment.. this is having an exit strategy in mind just in case the worst happens, life is fragile and uncertain at times, whether or not you put it to use. .   This was my first experience at setting up and funding a precious metals IRA REMOVEDinitial contact at GoldenCrest REMOVEDwho was super helpful and attentive in setting an appointment for me to start my account and help get the funds transferred. They ensured I was comfortable with the decision to move funds over as a beginner, I was able to get the process done in a matter of two weeks and after they assisted me and the metals purchasing process, They ensured I understood all of my options and what was available to me in the market. Could not recommend this company any more. Attention to detail, service, and pricing were the top three for me personally
