Approximate start date of 5/5 and finish date of 5/26. It is now 10/9 and I still do not have a date in which someone will come back to finish the work. I have already signed and now am stuck in a contract in which the will receive over $14,000 when my house sells. I cannot sell the house until the work is done. I need to sell my house ****. There were multiple mistakes made when the first ******* were sent in. They asked me to give them a chance to fix it. Since then I've been told multiple times the work would be done in a couple weeks or have been offered a credit that would not even be enough for another company to do the work that they have messed up on. I have given them multiple attempts at trying to fix the issues, and each time *** tells me they're about done, I bring up the bad finishing job that he insisted would be fixed and has still yet to do. He has acknowledged the the bad workmanship, and so has his supervisor *****. **** have apologized many times and have assured me that it will be fixed. I am continuously being told that I have to wait until a contractor is done with other jobs to come into my house, however, the company has had no problem putting my job on hold for months, even when saying the work shouldn't take more than a day to complete. Not only have they not done a great job, but another big issue that I have is that they have used a pressure washer on my house and there are multiple lines of circles on my house. I'm being told it would be too expensive for them to fix alot of what's wrong becaue they've already spent so much money and lost money on this job because of the previous ******* they sent in my house. It is not my fault that the work was not done correctly or cost the company money, but they are okay with letting my project go and not giving me enough credit to even have someone else come fix it. I should not be left with a mess because the mistake they made is too expensive for them to fix.

The company has pushed several bad contracts on ** and Backtracked on the work identified in the contract. They have prolonged a reverse mortgage for my 85 year old grandmother, have lied, tried to coerce ** into accepting horrible work and have not been amicable in trying to rectify the situation. I have uploaded the last change order we signed with them. They are now backtracking on completing certain work included in the change order, have treated our concerns nonchalantly and are holding up the reverse mortgage. We have an email thread of 100s of emails going back and forth with the company. This last change order was supposed to be them fixing the bad work. They are now threatening to give ** only 10 days to pay for bad work should we seek arbitration. We have asked several times to discuss the matter. They are leaving ** no choice but to seek arbitration.
