  LCL ******** Ten Stars would be our rating! LA Structural is always prompt no matter what season. One year on 24 December ************************* met me at our site to reassure me that the concrete wall failure would not cause further damage to our parking area and adjacent buildings. A full crew arrived on 26 December to begin clearing the debris and shoring up the three inches of blacktop to prevent further erosion. Last month, since we have yet to repair the "hole" at the last minute, LA Structural had another full crew onsite to tarp the hole and install a sump pump and drain line. ONLY positive things to say about this wonderful company that provides peace of mind when the weather and world are going crazy!

  Truly five stars for LA Structural ! They provided prompt service for my CEA "**************" foundation project including communication with the appropriate ************** CEA Agency. They obtained the required permit from ********************** and completed the foundation construction all without delay. I worked with *************, and ****, the owner of LA Structural, and they were all pleasant to work with and responsive to my needs. I highly recommend LA Structural and would definitely use them again should the need arise. **

  ************************* and the team at LA Structural solved a tricky basement water intrusion for me. After unprecedented rain in early 2023 my 100 year old semi-finished basement started leaking a small amount of water. After a first inspection of the condition **** suggested that I might want to wait a season to do anything as the rain we've had was so unusual. Given the expense of any possible repair, I really appreciated that he wasn't giving me a hard-sell at all. When the "hurricane" came through LA in the early fall it brought a bit more water into the basement and I decided to have LA Structural install french drains and a new sump pump to end the situation once and for all. They did a perfect job, finishing on time and budget while going above and beyond on all the little details and finishes. So far not a drop of water in the basement after the latest "atmospheric river" swept through LA this winter. Can't recommend them highly enough.

  After getting duped by another foundation company, I sought out my local Neighbor 2 Neighbor to find a fully *************** that I could trust. From the very first conversation I had with ****, I knew that LA Structural was the one. From start to finish, LA Structural exceeded my expectations. To begin with, *******, a highly knowledgable and experienced engineer, did a comprehensive inspection and took tons of photos. He took his time explaining the subpar work that was done 6 years ago, how it impacted my foundation (turning 2 girders), and the options I had for truly securing my home. ******* even offered advice on the best way to protect my hillside foundation when constructing the future backyard patio. I received a very detailed estimate and summary for the scope of work. The hard-working crew were beyond professional in every way. In addition to adding posts, piers, sister girders, and doing seismic retrofit bolting, they cemented a hole where rodents were getting in (for free!). Upon completion, ******* did another inspection and took more photos so that I could see for myself, without crawling under the house, that everything that was promised was delivered, and then some! There is nothing more important than peace of mind, especially when it comes to your foundation. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend LA Structural!
