    Unnecessarily creating an arduous process due to their significant procedural error-jurisdictional problem between **************** and Imperial County.Failure in Communication and Responsiveness-I would not get emails or phone calls returned for days. Unacceptable Rude and Blaming Conduct from Staff- I was blamed for the delays. Repeated and Persistent Errors with Death Certificates, Leading to Prolonged Delays and expenses -Typographical errors not once but twice.This level of service is atrocious from an establishment entrusted with such sensitive and important responsibilities. As a direct consequence of these failures, I have suffered immense distress and have been unnecessarily subjected to an extended period of anxiety.

    I contacted Fryes Chapel on 8/6/2024. My brother ******* ***** passed away on 8/4/2024 in ************. On approximately on 9/12/2024 I paid approximately ******** dollars to transport my brother's body from ************. They were to transport him from ************* on the day I paid. I did not hear from them until I called Fryes Chapel 1 month from his death. They said that they had faxed ******************************* for *** ********* in order to obtain needed permits for cremation. I asked why haven't you contacted me. I could have called them. We'll, they apparently had faxed *** 2 times. Come to find out when I called ************ they helped me by faxing the correct ** for signature. Fryes had been faxing the incorrect ** all this time. All Fryes had to do was pick up the phone and call *************! Mind you my brother was laying in their morgue for more than 2 weeks!! With no contact to me!! When I spoke to man that apparently was sending the faxes told me that ** was on vacation! Well, he made unacceptable excuses. Then I asked to speak to office manager. Her name was ****. She said oh! It was a situation that fell thru the cracks!! Unacceptable!! On the 5th of September I received a call from **** from Fryes. He said my brother was being cremated on that day and to come get his remains on September 6. When I went for my brother's remains the owner named ***** was there I voiced my unacceptable services that her office staff and her Chapel had rendered were unacceptable, she kept say what can we do for you. At that time I was in bad shape. I suffer from ********************* I had to seek further help from my Phycologist, Dr. ***** from Imperial Valley Behavior Health because of this situation. I wish for my money back or at least partially because of services not rendered at a timely matter. I told her I would never use their services ever. They did not care how I felt or the rest of our families feelings. Thank you, ****** Puyot ******
