    I purchased a Whirlpool washer/dryer set back in May 6th, 2024 for $550 dlls and got a 6 month warranty from the seller. On July 3rd, 2024, I started having issues with the washer (internal mechanical noise), I asked the seller to check the noise and seller disregarded my calls and messages. Tried again on August 19th and no response. After many attempts they finally responded on October 3rd and sent a technician to verify the failure; the technician found a transmission problem. The technician left and promised to return to fix the issue. As of today, October 22nd, 2024, the technician has not returned and the seller does not respond my calls; warranty is due on November 6, and is not fair that the seller has not taking care of a defective product still under a 6 month warranty. I was checking the reviews on ****** Maps related to the business and noticed that many people had complained about similar issues. It is not fair for consumers to put up with this type of abusing behavior from a business. Please help!
